"Hotels was great service was fab and food in restaurant great. Only thing missing is a jacuzzi in the spa. Our trip was spoilt by the reception charging us twice for our accommodation. Already paid via trip.com and then got home to discover the hotel had also charged directly. Despite informing Hotel of this error on day of departure, a week later and multiple tel call we still haven’t the money returned to our account. As a result we will not be returning as very poor post trip customer care!"

The hotel was very comfortable, the staff were all charming and we were looked after very well. Lovely rooms, delicious food and a memorable experience in a beautiful setting."
