"We all know traveling takes a toll on the mind, spirit and body. You just want to get to the hotel and out of the car to feel human again!!! That was me this Sunday afternoon and as I stumbled from the parking lot trying to manage multiple bags and the heat, I was suddenly greeted with the biggest welcome and smile from Sedona!!! Okay, I might have had on a ridiculous fake muscle shirt but her smile, laughter and positive attitude made my stop in this little town worth the horrible time spent in traffic. My room was already set to cool once I opened the door and that along with the sparkling personality of Sedona was worth the ride to my hotel. I will definitely return next time I am passing through this part of Georgia. Give that lady a bonus for making all of us weary travelers feel welcomed.♥️💯"

"I arrived at the hotel to check in different lady at the front desk was very rude when I realized I didn't have my identification on me she got very rude belittling me she even went got to the point to lie to the owner she called the police on me saying I was causing scene in parking lot well in the lobby which I wasn't the owner verified that once the police arrived the owner did step in and rent me my room she tried to charge me at the front desk lady try to charge me a deposit because I was from the area huh how nice is that it get charged to deposit because I'm from around here I finally get in my room after police write me a citation for trespassing get in my room only to find that I booked a king to get only a double then as I'm waiting 25-30 minutes to get my room key she's belittling me talking down to me like like when she started to tell me about breakfast times oh well seeing how you're not in a vehicle you're probably starving and in need of food is what she said oh I waited to get my key for my room then she started to throw pens at me I would not recommend this place to anybody"

"During our three-night stay, we dealt with four different front desk people - only the one was friendly and acknowledged us. Our Friday night check-in, the fellow had a difficult time checking us in - not sure if it was a language problem or if he wasn't trained correctly. Saturday morning, the gal at the front desk didn't seem to care about her surroundings because she was too busy on the phone. In the afternoon, the gal was a bit friendly but that was after my husband complained about how unfriendly the other two had been. The weekend breakfast host was not friendly, nor caring about the quality of the eating area. My husband had to go back into the "kitchen" and ask her for a rag to wipe the tables, as she was too busy on her phone. The next morning, another guest had to go in and get a rag - again, she was doing nothing. The only positive was the housekeeping gal was friendly, despite her not understanding us, and our rooms were always clean."

"Place has bugs, boat parked out back, rooms falling apart. Microwave didn't work properly, sound like it might go out. TV froze a few times, have to slam the front door so it will lock, and it had a funky smell."
