Clean and Beautiful

They charge an extra fee at the hotel, they stated that there is no agreement with trip.com, you stay at the door.

Do not book with Trip.com you will be disgraced

Yes will really nice and and beaches and it is hot and you can go swimming and where you can speak with lots of people around the word like from Germany and French like to visit and the Turkish food is amazing and nice and my favourite is chicken kebab

EftAlia Living the changes on the island a lot of money being spent on improvements , the food court and extension on the beach with the new bar area. Only disappointment is that the Ala carte has gone from the island even though Massive improvements have been made they have closed it WHY ???

Great staff member gets involved with activities and treats everyone very well made my family feel welcome from the start best place to go Umut Can and Umut Sadi treated us like family great people i definitely recommend coming great fun absolutely loved it definitely will come again

Like anyone going to a new hotel you read and read the reviews and start to think about changing you're mind. Let me tell you about please don't go and experience it for yourself. I have just come back from a week out of season at this beautiful hotel. Yes not everything was open and it was quite but you make a holiday with the company you keep. From check in till check out there was nothing we could fault minor a few little niggles. We got a sea view room (absolutely stunning) our rooms were fully stocked and cleaned amazingly everyday. We went out for my mum's 60th and we arranged with guest relations for them to do up her room and wow what a job they done (30euros). The spa was stunning free towels everyday to use you just took them back end of day. You got to use the sauna and Steam room free everyday between certain times. Wolfie who works at the spa gave us the best package and the treatments were amazing. The shops within the hotel were open from a little arcade, a tattoo shop, a clothes shop, sunglasses and then a gift and supermarket as well as a hairdressers and barbers. Food was great not lots but for someone who has had a gastric sleeve I found something to eat everyday. As we were out of season the al a carte were only on for two days and we used the Italian on Friday and for 3 people there was so much food it was stunning. From the waiter that came round the pool to take you're cocktail order (yes you have to pay but god so much cheaper than here at home) to the barman at the lobby bar who took his time and effort making each cocktail (whose English name is Victor). There was lots of places to sit and drink in the evening and as we were out of season the entertainment team were there throughout the day but I guess it wasn't as full on as it would be in season. Evening entertainment was interesting as it was held inside in a meeting room. The only downside was as the pool was like climbing into a ice bath I dipped in twice and then I got out but the weather was absolutely boiling and just chilling in the evenings but not once did I need my cardigan in the evening. Stayed from the 8-15 March I think that's everything Eftalia ocean you were beautiful and relaxing. We may see you next year.

Had an amazing time,first holiday for my granddaughter she had a blast the days weren't good they were fantastic! So clean and the staff are superb Wolf from the Turkish baths and Esme and Ayse kids club especially couldn't do enough,spent most days by the pool but did wander out to be fair there was no real need to. Thank you to all the hotel staff for making her first trip abroad so very special, we will definitely be back soon cannot wait.

Had an amazing week here my daughter loved the kids club, staff were amazing at club. Kids disco every night before entertainment she's already asking when we sre going back fantastic place for a family holiday. Food was great plenty of choice and very clean hotel.

Entertainment and slides were amazing. The food is awful and the alcohol is massively watered down. Very disappointing for how much it cost. It's in the middle of nowhere and 3 hours from the airport. The few bars and restaurants that are around the resort are hugely overpriced! Such a shame about the food and alcohol here otherwise it would have 6 stars from me.

Food was good ,drinks was good and free foam party was goin on the Tuesday and Fridays enjoyed the darts and water polo activities they had the gym was very good compared to other gyms and staff were very helpful and koko was amazing

Eftalia ocean hotel is a hotel with loads of waterslides. It links to Eftalia Island, a 5 minute walk through a tunnel. With EVEN MORE slides, and lots of beaches. At the bar, there’s always free water, juice, and drinks available. There’s always a bar somewhere. When the restaurant closes, you can get food from Patisserie or Burger Land. It’s a very good hotel. The price is amazing for everything you get. I’ve been at lots of hotels before, this one surely is the best! Unfortunately, the food made my daughter sick. She is very picky, and refuses to go to the restaurant when it’s time to go. On the other hand, I absolutely loved Asian food dinner, I ate so much! Very tasty 😋. But another thing. On the pirate slides, the water on the high slides is bare. There is always people getting stuck. On the Zebra slide, my daughter hit her head 3 times! And the water didn’t get cleaned on our visit on the big slides, they put dish soap and chlorine inside. And that’s it. That’s the way to keep it clean at Eftalia Ocean. On Eftalia Island, there is a slide that is dark, and it’s a 2 people one. You don’t know what you’ll expect on it! The pool is always busy, never a chance to swim. I always like to go to the beach as it’s healthier, and less busy. Overall, this is a 4 out of 5. Come enjoy your time!

After reading all the reviews, we were so anxious about this hotel and thought about changing a few times. All I can say is, I’m glad we didn’t. This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The hotel, the room, and grounds were spotless; the staff work tirelessly all hours of the day, keeping everything clean. They’re constantly cleaning and removing any litter. The food is typical all-inclusive food. If you’re looking for gourmet food, you’re in the wrong place. There’s plenty to choose from, and you won’t go hungry. There are no issues with the quality of the food, and all three of us always found something to eat. We did the Italian alla carte; the food was nice but wasn’t what I’d expect of an alla carte meal. The food hall gets super busy, so pick your times to go down. On non-event nights, it opens from 18:30 but advertises 19:00. If you like less noise and hassle, then the rear of the restaurant is the place to be; it’s less crowded and much calmer. Not one of us got sick either. We upgraded to a 2-bedroom family room for £150 on arrival. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Our balcony looked over the hotel next door, and we could also see the sea. We tipped the maid most days but didn’t always get extras; we did always get towel art. We stopped tipping when the quality slipped from the maid, but it soon improved again. Over the last 3 nights we had some noise we could hear during the night, mainly from selfish guests speaking loudly on speaker phone at silly hours of the morning, so I’d recommend ear plugs. The pools are fantastic; they were warm and clean. Out of the whole week, we had 1 pool closed an hour before the official closing time. There were no other unexpected closures of the pools. I’d highly recommend swim shoes; the area around the pools is really slippy, and with the constant traffic of people in and out of the water, it makes it super slippy. We only visited the island a handful of times, but it was fun, and the atmosphere was always alive. It’s a shame there isn’t more included in the all-inclusive package, the cocktails, for instance, but it wasn’t a surprise we knew that before we went out. We had the free ice lollies on a few of the days. We visited Big Ben’s whilst out there, and the food was absolutely amazing. We had a few cocktails there too, which were delicious. The staff there were brilliant and really welcoming. I’d highly recommend visiting, and it’s just behind the hotel. We did a few trips to Oscar’s. I was at first dubious as the trainers I brought on the second day of my holiday and had worn for four days broke. But giving credit when I went back, they didn’t quibble about changing them for a new pair. Their service is brilliant, friendly, and non-pushy. The quality of the items is amazing too. There were three staff in the hotel who really stood out and made our holiday. Mr Socks - his energy is endless, he’s fun, friendly, and full of life. He always made my little girl smile when she
