"We went as a family and stayed in a room for four. The beds were perfect. The location was a bit uphill, though on the outskirts, which we knew was the case, and it was next to a huge supermarket and entertainment area. The room was perfect, the bathroom was large, there was plenty of light, and the aparthotel amenities were sufficient. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We didn't use the lunch service. The only downside was that the kitchen was very small, but still usable."

I had to order from Uber eats not to starve as I was tired to go out and search a place to eat . It’s service more of an Ibis hotel than a french 5 stars … really deceiving!!"

"This was a very pleasant surprise. The double room I booked with a special weekend rate of 45 euros per night was a real bargain. Even at the regular rate of 58 it would be well worth it. The location right off the Place Clemenceau, with undergorund parking a block away was very convenient and quiet. The decor is a bit odd, but the room was thoroughly modern, very small but well-equipped and the bathroom, though small also, included a bathtub with shower. The individually-controlled air conditioning was very powerful and very welcome as it was quite warm for late September. Pau is worth visiting for its castle, which was one of the highlights of our tour of southwest France. The scenery in the nearby Pyrenees is magnificent and should not be missed if you have a car."
