The staff is nice but the hotel is very tired...we accidentally changed rooms because there was no hot water. Breakfasts are delicious, the hotel needs renovation.

Super friendly staffs, all are great. Very convenient for the room. Just one suggestion for the lobby should be more cool or well air conditioned since a bit too warm at the lobby. But overall are great.

No I sent close to beach. The rooftop pool was amazing. The staff are excellent also. I had a very enjoyable stay

A good hotel in the Pratumnak area that is now a Best Western property. Although it is a little past its best (noisy AC and flickering TV), everything was as it should be. The staff were always pleasant and welcoming, and the breakfast was good. I think it would be very difficult to find better at this price point in this area.

Good location, very close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Rooftop pool is nice as is the restaurant with sharks swimming inside the tank. Excellent check in service and polite, attentive staff

The shower is broken, the ventilation fan is so noisy, the shower for the bath tub is no hot water. In addition, I hv placed 3 persons through trip.com but the hotel said I hv only placed for 2 persons. So I need to pay extra 2000 baht for one person for 2 nights. The lighting in the room is too bright!

Hotel staff friendly, but no internet, no swiming pool, room phone facilites can’t use for calling room to room and the phone always rings after use.

Room was nice clean amd comfortable but the hotel lobby was very hot it was like im out side . There wasn’t kleenex in the room only was in the bathroom

I would never visit again. No air con in lobby when outside is so hot, room’s aircon does not go under 25C so you end up sweating all day. Asked to fix and they said fixed but it is not, i asked for refund for my late check out payment but they refuse due to policy even they have more than 24hrs to deal with. Apparently it wasn’t just my room but my friends room as well.

Hotel was a bit dated and showing wear and tear. Cleanliness was poor with an old ear bud in the bathroom corner that stayed there for my whole 8 days. Hair lumps in the hallway etc.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The people at reception were lovely and really helpful. The breakfast was good. The rooftop pool was also great and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the bed had some weird stains on it, couldn't tell if it was from food or something else. But anyway, they changed it and it didn't ruin the stay.

Good hotel, friendly staff, and a good bed, nice swimming pool and gym, but they will have to do some maintenance on the whole of the hotel. Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel. And definitely try their Gordon Bleu
