Affordable budget hotel location ok but not ce ntral. Swimming pool good breakfast fine and staff good. I would recommend and stay again as cheaper than most comparable hotels. If you like to come to  Pattaya and chase the Thai girls this is a great option. There are bars and massages shops everywhere.

It’s a nice hotel to spend holidays for a week or so. they have kitchenette, large refrigerator, and microwave.Also laundry shop is very close and cheap. breakfast is  incredible!! I like it. I recommend this hotel to families who want to stay very convenient and reasonable.

Location is excellent. Reception is very helpful and friendly but room without Toothbrush toothpaste and slippers. Inside the room display "smoking in this room will result in 2000 THB cleaning fee", but inside the room got very strong cigarette smell?????? Do the hotel collected the 2000 THB and did not do the cleaning. The bed side table got the food sauces from previous guests’, and attracted ants come. Even if the air conditioning speed in the room is set to the lowest setting, and the sound is still very loud, but the good thing is air conditioner can be very cold or room temperature.

Location is close to the mall and the beach. Air condition is not distributed to certain areas inside the room. So some areas is cold and some areas is warm. The wind from air condition blows to the head. It made me sick and body aches most of the days while i stay. Customer Services is so so. Housekeepers do not pay attention to the cleaning sign and can't understand other languages. It is so difficult to communicate with them. The breakfast buffet is located in the basement, light is dim and no window.
