Hotel is near subway station, minimart, local food stalls. Big mall is about 2.5km away. Good. Facilities are new, staff are new, in-room card reader didn't work, toilet paper roll without cover is too close to shower got wet. Above suggested management and house cleaning progran are new too. Many areas needed improvement.

Nice hotel! Although too many ppl want to stay so make the reservation first before staying!

Affordable stay in a cute area. I love this neighborhood. The price was a big plus, the people are very kind and there's tons of neat shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. 

Room is spacious and clean. Free 2 bottles of drink are provided every single day . However going to scenery places would be hard as it is located outside the city . We would order bolt and go to places and it normally takes around 1 hour.

This place was not clean there are cob webs on the ceiling of the bathroom the pillow is so bad and uncomfortable. I don’t leave bad reviews but people Should know. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel then it’s ok if you want something clean and comfortable it’s definitely not it. I booked it for one night in a rush as I needed something close to rev airport. It would be an easy fix for the owner just make sure the place is well clean and change the bedding.

I normally leave great reviews of all the hotels I stay in Thailand. Normally I would not leave negative review for a couple minor issues. However, I feel that I should let others know what I had experienced the one night I stayed here. I arrived early so the room was not ready. No problem, I will take a walk to explore the area and go eat at a local restaurant. They gave me a ticket with a number to hold onto while they stowed my luggage in their storage area. I returned approximately 1:40 p.m. and sat on the couch and waited for them to call me up to the desk and inform me the room is ready. I gave them my number and they retrieved my luggage. They required a deposit of 500 THB. I did not have very much THB left so they accepted $20 (US). Note: The staff were not unfriendly, but in Thailand, I am accustomed to seeing friendly smiles and the traditional "Wai" greeting when I arrive at the hotel desk. The 2 ladies that were at the desk did not smile or greet me with the traditional "Wai" greeting. I was smiling when I arrived at the desk, but I felt like I was doing something wrong when I approached the desk. The look in one of the ladies eyes was a look of like "What are you doing here?". That may not have been what she was thinking, but that is the way she made me feel when I approached the desk. PROS: Fairly inexpensive. The room had a full size fridge and water kettle. They offered a couple bottles of free water. The room also had a safe. The balcony was nice and even had a sink. There in so chair on the balcony, but you can just take the one out of your room. There is a 7 - Eleven store right behind the hotel and a couple restaurants near by. CONS: The room was dirty. Hair all over the floor (I think I counted 8 different areas on the floor, 1 on my pillow, and some hair in the fridge), found a hair on my pillow, and even found hair in the fridge. The walls were filthy. No shower curtain, so be careful not to get your toilet paper wet while showering. The exposed sewer pipes that run through the bathroom are a little loud, so you will need to shut the bathroom door to try and drown out the noise. The people in the room above me were up all night. I know because I could hear every time they moved around in the room above me, so I did not sleep very well. Conclusion: I love Thailand and most of the hotels there. However, I believe I will stay at a different hotel next time to see if I have a better experience. I hope that my experience was just a fluke and that others will have a much better experience.

Good hotel, less amenities though. Location is not that great. But it's good for the price.

Reasonable price and convenience for family, room are clean and good service, easy to call taxi and 711 is backside of the hotel, i love This hotel ❤️🫶🏻

Good service, and clean hotel but the internet connection is bad. Overall is very good place to stay. I will come back again hopping the internet connection will get better in the future.

less in room amenities. No toothbrush toothpaste. Two drinking water per day for 2 persons is under my expectation. A wifi is not stable. The privacy of the room is horrible because you are facing to another room of the opposite building. You have to always close a curtain and you can hear the outside easily.

Pros: Super friendly staff, very clean, toiletries included, very spacious, 7-eleven downstairs. Cons: The location is a bit far from the city, and breakfast is a bit sketchy. Overall, it was great value for money, and a comfortable, clean stay.

A good hotel for a value of money. The location it’s quite far away for center, but it’s close to the airport ~ 15-20 minutes by taxi.

I can say, I overall like the environment of the hotel and room. It’s good for a traveler who wish to layover a night around airport area.
