Very nice hotel, well maintained facilities. Though not located in heart of the city, it’s easy to access by train or flight, especially it’s free for all public transportation in this lovely city.

Very good hotel but expensive

A very high-end business hotel, a little bit outside the city center, convenient for self-driving. The room is large, drinks and snacks in the room are all free, the waiter will make the bed at night, and put tea bags and chocolates on the bedside table. Such hotel services are rarely seen in Europe. The breakfast is semi-buffet, which we added at the last minute, 36 euros per person, which is a bit expensive, but the hotel level is there, and it is about the same price. In short, it is very good.

The welcome was warm and professional. The room was very nice, spacious and well equipped. The hotel has several restaurants and a large, very pleasant lobby. It is ideally located, only 5 minutes by car from the center, and it is even possible to go there for free by tram. The parking lot is very large, which is a real plus. The only downside: Googlemaps does not give the exact location of the hotel, which made us turn around three times before finding it. Otherwise, everything was perfect!”

This hotel is great! The lobby on the first floor is spacious and bright, like a garden! The rooms are luxurious, and a rich variety of drinks are provided every day! The staff is warm and thoughtful, and can communicate in multiple languages!

I had a first-class overnight stay at the Sofitel Europe. The room was very spacious and equipped with all amenities. Bathtub, separate shower and toilet. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Freshly squeezed orange juice, good coffee and a large selection of food gave me a good start to the day. The service was also appropriate for a 5-star hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel lobby is grand, and the room design is modern, ergonomic and spacious. The mattress in the room has a hard base and a layer of soft cushions, which is as comfortable as sleeping in cotton. It is quieter to sleep without turning on the air conditioner. The English black tea for breakfast is very good and warms the stomach.
