I am writing an honest review, we stayed here for a month with my boyfriend, since there was a problem with the accommodation we had rented in advance and we had to find new accommodation in a day Cons: - during our month of stay we were never given clean towels and bed linen, when we asked to change them we were refused, we bought more ourselves and went to wash them several times - they ask for 500 baht for final cleaning, but I don’t understand what it includes: when we moved in it was dirty, black hair was everywhere, I bought household chemicals to clean on the day of arrival, I didn’t want to live in dirt and germs, I couldn’t get rid of the hair completely - the furniture was tired, the doors in the toilet were black, I tried to wash them, but it was useless - the refrigerator did not close well, I put a heavy chair under it so that the door would not open - the sink was clogged, the water did not drain, there was a smell, I bought a plunger, it did not help, I left detergents there for the next poor souls - the area is quite noisy, if you sleep poorly, be prepared to the sounds from the bars at 2 am (sometimes) - near the shopping center they often hold some kind of fitness with a microphone for the whole street once every couple of days, this is not a problem for the hotel, but this sound is annoying even with the windows closed - the light bulbs in our bathroom and the main lighting burned out a week before departure - a couple of times I met cockroaches on the stairwell (there were none in the room, thank you) - ANTS in the room - there is a TV in the room, but they did not provide us with a remote control, we never used it - Wi-Fi worked, but sometimes it turned off, if you work, do not count on continuous Wi-Fi here are the pros: + there is a large supermarket nearby + the price per month is quite small, 6000-8500 baht / month (water at the end of the month came out to 200 baht, electricity 2168 baht) + a comfortable bed, albeit old, a large closet I think this is a very average option if you are a budget single tourist, do not cook at home and you are going to Pattaya for a week maximum (and even then you can find more comfortable and cheaper options for a day, here 1000 baht/night is expensive for such a place) for two the room is very small, for a family with children definitely not all the pros and cons I have written down, it is up to you to decide, I do not recommend
