I recently stayed at Astoria Plaza and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were so kind, polite, and genuinely helpful—it really made a difference. Everyone I interacted with had a smile and made me feel right at home. The room was super clean and cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I booked a one-bedroom suite but was given a two-bedroom suite upon arrival at the hotel due to unavailability of the one-bedroom. I asked the hotel rep if they could switch me to a one-bedroom since I’m staying alone, and I’m glad they were able to accommodate my preference.

I have GDM and they really took care of everything. The service was superb from Day 1 to Day 2. Great experience!

I requested our room to be on 32nd and up if possible and a complementary cake for our post anniversary celebration. We arrived as earlier as our standard checkin time but we were told by the front desk that 32nd and up floors are all sold out and they only floor left for 1 bedroom suite was at 15th floor. The front desk explain it very well that for 1 bedroom suite they're soldout. He ask me to wait like 10 minutes at the lobby and I humbly accepted. As earlier as 10 minutes he went straight in front of us held papers and key cards, told that we can now checkin and explain hotel policies. I was surprised and kind a bit confused because they told that all of their 1 bedroom suite are sold out. Then when we open the room, it was a 2 bedroom suite on 31st floor, so I rush back to the front desk and check with them why we had a 2 bedroom suite and I also provided them with my booking ID. Then the front desk explain that since they still have room availble for 2 bedroom suite they upgraded my room for free and without any charges. I was shocked and happy that day. Thank you so much Astoria you are always in my heart. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

big space, staff are friendl and very accommodating, place is clean... food are delicious, we will book again next time

Very spacious room for my family of 2 kids and 3 adults.

Hotel services were good, clean rooms and comfortable stay. Rooms are good for families and they make sure to keep the guest aware of the hotel policies. Maybe something to improve, since we booked 2 bedroom suite for a family of 4 adults we observed that the masters comfort room needs further sanitation in which I explained to the staff before we checked out.

I’ve stayed at Astoria before and it never ceases to amaze me. The front desk staff as well as the bellmen are all customer service oriented and seem to “go above & beyond!
