big space, staff are friendl and very accommodating, place is clean... food are delicious, we will book again next time

Very spacious room for my family of 2 kids and 3 adults.

Hotel services were good, clean rooms and comfortable stay. Rooms are good for families and they make sure to keep the guest aware of the hotel policies. Maybe something to improve, since we booked 2 bedroom suite for a family of 4 adults we observed that the masters comfort room needs further sanitation in which I explained to the staff before we checked out.

Super great experience, we stayed here many times and it's always great and consistent. Top hotel, better than a lot of 5 star hotels.

I’ve stayed at Astoria before and it never ceases to amaze me. The front desk staff as well as the bellmen are all customer service oriented and seem to “go above & beyond!

Exceeded my expectations! The room was neat and originally, I had booked only 1 BR but seeing as there was another room available for a friend who dropped in last minute, it was easy to have the second one open and ready! Service is prompt and reliable—both housekeeping crew and the reception work smoothly to make sure they deliver a good service. Thank you to the team and staff who looked after us! Can’t wait to rebook when I return! ❤️

Had a nice time as a family. But i hope the food service(ala carte) is much much much faster. We had to wait for 45 mins for a simple order :(

We always book this hotel because if the location. We now need to book 2 seaparate rooms because the kids are growing and 2bedroom units are scarce. They need to replace their matresses tho… its all worn out.

The room smelled of fish and even went on our clothes… we switched rooms but the smell is still there…:(
