"The hotel is in a relatively new location in pasadena. The urth coffee shop opposite the hotel is good. You can go there for breakfast. Valet parking is 50 knives a night, but there is a public parking lot next to it. It costs 25 knives a night. You can park by yourself. It is very convenient. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and provided exceptional service. We requested a room change which was promptly addressed and were very pleased with the new room. The 3rd floor pool area was very nice with plenty of loungers and clean towels. Although, a weekly noontime schedule to purchase beverages and food at the pool would have been welcomed. We would like to acknowledge exceptional and friendly service from Graciela F. and Adriana C. They made our stay very enjoyable! We will be returning in the future and would highly recommend the Pasadena Hotel!!"
