If you run out of lotion, disposable paper cups, or soap in your room, you have to go to the front desk to ask for them. The cleaning staff also doesn't replenish these essential items when they service the room."

If you need room cleaning, you have to inform the front desk in advance. The neighborhood is very quiet, so if you don't like the noisy city environment, you can stay here when traveling in LA. You'll need to rent a car for self-driving."

"They seem to be redoing their rooms, but they shouldn't let them out until they're finished. We had no mirror in our room, although there was a hole over the sink where the last light fixture was. We also had no blanket until we asked for one and then it was old and raggedy. Someone made the decision to not have washcloths at all. We stayed for 5 days and had no housekeeping even knock on our door. 5 days without offering fresh towels or emptying trash. Microwave is in a cage by the office up front."
