Absolutely 5 stars staying experience. The staffs are super friendly, they started welcoming the moment we stepped out from the taxi, helping us to carry our luggages. The front desk staff, Yen Zi, was very helpful and friendly. This hotel provide ”butler” service via wechat and private car to transfer guests from hotel to the ”Red Bridge” and return. The interior design is very Zen feel. Our room is facing the river bank and the back of the hotel is connected to the ancient city.
