Fenghuang Hotels with Pools

Really nicely decorated hotel. Id say one of the best hotels in this region. Given only four stars as our room was quite strong with cigarette smell. We informed the staff about it and they said they would send someone to fix it. I think what they did was just opening the window which made it worse as the cigarette smell was stronger when we came back possibly because we were on the second floor and someone was smoking outside. We didnt bother to tell them again as it was late and we just wanted to sleep. There was also some sticky stain on the floor that we asked them to clean it but it was still there when we came back. Staff very friendly. A tea set is also provided.

The location of the hotel is right in the center of the ancient town . They have concierge to pick us up from the drop off point . It is a short distance of walk to reach the hotel . The view from the room is perfect and we even got upgraded with a balcony room . We are also offered a complimentary pick up and drop off from train station . The only downside about this hotel is overall the facility is slightly old but pretty well kept . If you want an early rest just take note the music level is really loud from outside and no much sound proof . Music will stop right at 1130pm.

We had the best service of our trip at this hotel- they truly go beyond and above. It was only a 15min Didi from the train station, also the bus shuttle from HSR to the city is right in front of the hotel. The location is perfectly situated at one side of the main bridge, but a nice 5min stroll away such that you are away from the noise on the main strip (in front of the river). Also, no mosquitoes. We initially booked a riverfront hotel but I am SO glad that we changed to this hotel after actually walking the whole tourist strip on foot. Legit the cobblestones near the river are terrible, and cars can’t get in so it’d have been a nightmare. Next, Xiao Dai （小代） who helped us and the manager were all so sweet. 小代answered all our WeChat questions extremely promptly (literally 1-2mins), and when we asked about the free laundry self use machine onsite, she offered to have us leave it in our room and do it for us so we could go out and explore. I thought this was truly above and beyond- she picked the clothes up from our room, washed them (separately as well for colours and whites), hung them and sent us a photo, dried them and returned them to us folded and freshly laundered. We were simply floored by this level of service. They are so so so kind and I can’t recommend this hotel enough for their kindness and eagerness to ensure your comfort during your stay. We stayed on the 7th floor in a suite and it was very comfortable- the bed itself and pillows were just right. Sheets felt high quality, pillows not too stiff and high, duvet was fluffy and nice. I liked that the toilet is separated from the shower and vanity- the soft but bright filtered lighting for the bathroom vanity was amazing for getting ready (for the girls who are sick of hotels with dark lighting and can’t do their make up). The room was spacious and although some aspects were a bit outdated, it was clean large and comfortable - we were so happy with our room. They also gave our group of 3 girls 4 room cards which allows for each card to breakfast. The breakfast ayis were so nice and made eggs freshly your way when asked. The cucumber and radish pickles were yummy and we really liked the corn soup and congee as well as all the vegetable dishes. The selection was good for us, as we like clean and simple, easy to digest and nutritious foods in the morning. Oh yeah they also sent us to the HSR on check out without charge, in the hotel’s car. They were so prompt in getting us to the HSR and the driver was really considerate, safe and careful. Literally the most calm drive we’ve experienced in China. Side note- the gym is massive and looks largely unused but the equipment is good, there are weights and cables and everything. There’s also a pool table and table tennis. A yoga room complete with a good amount of gear and mats.

Service: The clerk's service attitude is very good. We were traveling by car, and the store clerk contacted us in advance to locate the hotel. Since the hotel is in the ancient city, cars cannot park directly in front of the B&B. When we arrived near the hotel, the clerk came out to pick us up and took us to park the car in a nearby self-paid parking lot (parking fee paid by the store☺️). After the car was parked, the clerk was very warm and helpful in helping us carry our luggage to their B&B! Facilities: The room is equipped with a fully intelligent system and the experience is great. Especially the mattress is super comfortable to sleep on and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly. The owner of the laundry supplies also carefully selected the smell and the smell is very good. I also like the packaging bag 💕 There is also a loving breakfast in the morning (general B&Bs do not provide it). I am so satisfied and super satisfied. Environment: The newly renovated hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable. You can see the night lights of the ancient city in the public area (if you are too tired to go out at night, you can also check in to the night view of the ancient city in the B&B). It is only a few minutes' walk to the riverside of the ancient city and is very convenient. Next time I have the opportunity to go to Phoenix, I will definitely stay with them. It’s a great accommodation experience! Recommended, recommended. Friends who go to Phoenix can choose to stay at their home!

I liked it very much as soon as I entered the lobby. There was a large local intangible cultural heritage paper bag. The room was warm and bright. After a tiring day of traveling, I had a hot shower and the washing machine also came with a dryer. The lady at the front desk was very nice and attentive. There was also a small room. My sister took the initiative to help with our luggage. The service was really heart-warming and the route she planned for us was also very good. It was really comfortable to have a good sleep after we came back. The breakfast was also good. It was a self-service style and the space was very large. We agreed I’ll stay here again next time, it’s great. By the way, there are also ginkgo trees here, which are very atmospheric when taking photos.

The environment of the hotel is very good. I was attracted by the hotel pictures when I booked. At first, I was worried that it would be a photo scam, so I lowered my psychological expectations a lot to avoid being disappointed. In fact, I was attracted by the small courtyard of the B&B when I arrived at the hotel. The accommodation environment is very beautiful. Nanhua Mountain is outside the B&B, which is very convenient for early morning jogging. The free afternoon tea is also great! It may be more convenient to travel by car. The parking of the B&B is very convenient. Staying here is also a very good choice. I am very satisfied with the four nights here.

The room is clean and hygienic, the transportation is convenient, the proprietress is very enthusiastic to make tea with us around the stove, and the housekeeper also carefully explained to us the check-in places in the ancient city. What particularly touched me was the starry sky steps, full of details, I will come again if I miss you

The newly opened five-diamond B&B, the room didn’t taste at all, the clean living was very comfortable, the public area was fresh, the flowers and plants could be seen everywhere, and you could lie on the chair by the swimming pool to see the scenery when you were tired. The front desk service of the hotel was very satisfied. The early breakfast provided is rich and delicious. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures. Since we are taking the high-speed rail to Phoenix, the front desk will contact us at the high-speed rail station. The driver will wait for us at the high-speed rail station. The guests who travel by car are more blessed to directly navigate the border city to Lanyue. The hotel provides free parking. In short, I am so satisfied with all aspects of this trip! It is worth recommending to friends who come to the ancient city of Phoenix! Next time I come, I will choose the Biancheng Lanyue Holiday Homestay, and I also wish the boss a prosperous business! ! !

The hotel is very good with a nice big clean room. It provides shuttle bus service every hour between 7:30 am to 14:30 pm from hotel to train station. But no pick up service. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The problem is its location. Me and my friend arrived at train station after 6pm. There is no taxi waiting for you. We waited for 30 minutes and finally shared the taxi with another 2 people. After checking in , we had problem to find a taxi to go to the center of ancient town. Although the staff helped us to call the taxi , it took about 45 minutes for the taxi to arrive. If you can have enough time or you have car, I recommend you to stay here. Otherwise, I suggest you to stay in the center of town.
