Le Belgrand Hotel Paris Champs Elysees, Tapestry Collection by Hilton Reviews

We travelled to Paris only 5 days & booked the biggest room for 3 of us at Le Belgrand Hotel Paris Champs Elysees, Tapestry Collection by Hilton …look from picture it looks nice but reality is very tiny small to be able to fit  3 persons &  the stairs r small & difficult to bring lugguages in & out….even elevator is only fit for 1 person w/ 1 lugguage …we demanded to be switched to another Hilton but was told to wait for manager to decide but manager never come back till the day we r leaving…we were so frustrated and sad at the same time…I do not think it can be rated 4 stars hotel…the price we paid was a rift off…not recommend at all.  It ‘s a sad thing but it’s what it’s …..it real let screwed up our few days in Paris 😭

The elevator was terrible! I was trapped in the elevator! I fell twice and at that moment I thought my life was over!

The location is good, but the deposit refund is a bit slow. It’s been a week.

The room is a bit small and the facilities are old. Hope the hotel can make further improvements.

The elevator could only stand two people, and after exiting the elevator, we had to walk half a flight of stairs. We carried four suitcases and three people walked three times and climbed three stairs. The most important thing was that the elevator was broken the next day and I carried my luggage on the fifth floor. Half of my old life on the 0th floor is gone. Also, the room is super small and the price is not cheap (actually it is a renovated B&B). I don’t know where I got the confidence to call it four stars. Is there no bottom line for Ctrip to make money now?

Except for the high house price and the poor sound insulation of the room, everything else is perfect. The front desk staff is polite and considerate, and you feel at home. It's a pity that the hotel space is too smallSlightly deducted points!

The hotel is generally good

Tucked away like a secret, this charming little hotel had cozy rooms, incredible breakfasts, and staff who showed me nothing but kindness when I lost my wallet. A place that felt like home when I needed it most. Rooms are on the small size but they have everything you with excellent location on no busy street a few blocks away from transportation, champs Elysees

The hotel is clean but tiny. The staff is outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about Isabella. She was really helpful to me and my wife - with a smile. But all the staff were outstanding. The rooms are very very small. So if you are clusterphobic, this hotel is not for you.

Weirdest hotel I have ever stayed in. We were told we were on the first floor but had to walk up some stairs. There was an elevator to help us. It let us off in between floors on a staircase without a landing. I’m sharing pics of the elevator, room view, bathroom ceiling, and room door

Air con didn’t work, nor did the TV. I’d already moved rooms because of the all night roadworks out front, so didn’t care that much. Decided to give up at this point. Rooms quite nice - lots of mirrors. Lovely staff on the front desk. Generally a fairly average Hilton for the price
