Pro: Great location, very accommodating and helpful staff, quiet night sleep in a cozy room facing inner courtyard. Con: Hardly anything bad. Light sleepers don’t book rooms facing main streets (They have good views and cute windows though). Thank you Hotel Balmoral! xxx

The hotel's location is very nice but the breakfast is so so.

All the staffs were so nice and helpful. The location is close by the station. The room is little bit small.

Just Amazing. The hotel is about 2 blocks from the "Arc du Triumph" and 2 block from the champs elysees...hundreds of restaurants and cafes around. The rooms are normal average size even a bit bigger for paris standards with a very big and comfortable bathroom. The breakfast is superb!.. worth the extra money for the rate including the breakfast. For the service, i cannot speak high enough for the hotel staff, super helpful with absolutely everything and always with a smile on their face. Had a very happy stay all around. Metro lines also a block away. Highly recommended..

A very pleasant stay at Hotel Balmoral. Convenient with train station almost at doorstep to get you anywhere, as well as walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and Champ Élysées. The hotel room and toilet was comfortable, of a good size; not to mention cleanliness. Everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Everything is fine, but the rooms are small, as you'd expect from being in the center of Paris.

Hello. The hotel is in a nice location. Breakfasts are good. The rooms are nice, hot water is great. The room facilities are good. The reception is successful. The cleaning is super. In short, we liked it. 🙏👍👍👍

The first room we were given was not cleaned properly and was terrible. The subsequent service from the front desk was also terrible and unbelievable.

The room is small, the breakfast is not good, but it is very close to the Arc de Triomphe.

I stay here every time I come!

1/ Hotel reception The bearded man had a very bad attitude 🤬🤬 2/ I didn’t get permission. I suddenly entered and someone took my card. I was not wearing any clothes when I entered the room 🤬🤬🤬 3/ When I checked in on the first night, the door lock of the room could not be locked securely. I was on tenterhooks the whole night, worried that someone would enter. 3/ Insufficient hot water supply for showering in the bathroom 4/The same breakfast every day
