Very good small hotel in convenient area. Very cozy, mostly for couples for a short stay. Close to underground station, close to Moulin Rouge and Montmartre. Liked the bathroom, which was very clean and modern. Room wasn't that big, but enough for two people. There no fridge and kettle in the room, that is quiet disappointing, if you want to store your food or drink a hot tea or coffee. Breakfast is not rich and constant every day. Overall we had a pleasant stay and i would recommend this hotel.

A really nice hotel, friendly staff who is more than willing to help with any information you might think of, fluent speakers of French, English, Italian, Spanish, Romanian, German etc., delicious breakfast, quite close to the subway. A wonderful experience. Would come back anytime 😊

hotel sis small, simple and I think very Parisian! It is allocated on small side street and it is quiet. Hotel is small, while there are only some 20 rooms. Lobby is tasteful, I got room on top floor and it was large enough. However if you are planning to travel with large suitcases and 2 persons, than rooms could be a little bit tight. breakfast is simple, but you got essentials and best thing was fresh orange juice!

This hotel was located near a metro station and in a good neighborhood. The decor was adorable and the staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was on the smaller side compared to our other European hotel rooms but I knew that Paris would be the smallest. The room did not have A/C but we were able to sleep with the window open with a breeze blowing through.

Very basic room. Booked it as it was located round the corner from friends that we were visiting. We will certainly be looking elsewhere for our next stay as you can get far more for your money. Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was an iron burn on the carpet before immediately discovering that both the bathroom door and toilet seat were broken. Rooms were very noisy with no soundproofing and windows that opened up onto the road. Despite this I must credit the staff who were very friendly and welcoming - although be warned that there is no receptionist present at later hours and we were locked out of the building!

Rooms are very original, cozy, very clean. The staff is great, and with big smiles. Hotel might be expensive, but they make very often good offers and deals. The hotel is really close to the Theater Hébertot, and in a very nice situation. If you come by car, there is a good parking near.
Response from Property: Dear Sir, Thank you for your fantastic review! We’re delighted you enjoyed our cozy, clean rooms and our friendly staff. We appreciate your kind words about our special offers and our convenient location near Théâtre Hébertot. We hope to welcome you back soon! Best regards, Pierre - Hotel Manager

What a room, no soap or shampoo to use, dirty sheets that looked like they had not been washed , the breakfast was bland and when I asked for more eggs, the lady just microwaved more eggs from a carton, in full view of our table Back to the room and checked our phones had charged, but the plug socket came away from the wall, but the phones were charged thank god, The people that we saw on the front desk were great, so we did not complain
Response from Property: Dear Ethan, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on your stay with us. We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet the high standards that we strive to uphold. I sincerely apologise for the inconveniences you experienced in your room. The lack of soap and shampoo, along withs dirty sheets, is unacceptable and falls far below the level of cleanliness we aim to provide. Please be assured that we took these concerns seriously and have carried out a thorough review with our housekeeping team to ensure that such oversights do not occur in the future. Your feedback on the breakfast experience is also of concern. We are committed to delivering quality products and have taken note of your comments regarding the eggs preparation process. We will review our breakfast procedures and implement the necessary improvements to ensure a more pleasant experience for our guests. I am pleased to hear that the staff at the front desk made a positive impression. However, I would encourage guests to bring any concerns to our attention during their stay as we are dedicated to resolving issuespromptly to ensure a more comfortable experience. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas for improvement. If your travels bring you back to our area, we would welcome the opportunity to provide you with a much-improved experience. Thank you again for your comments. Sincerely, Pierre Pasquet - Hotel Manager

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for the new year's Eve. Our journey was just wonderful. Everyone was so nice to us and we even got a chocolate box for the occasion. The room was really nice, cosy and perfectly clean. Moreover, this hotel is at the heart of the 17eme and we did not hear any noise during the night (very well isolated). The staff was really helpful: The receptionist explained to us a bit about the history of the hotel and even recommended some nice places to visit around. Finally, the breakfast was typically French and of very great quality. We will come back for sure during our next trip to Paris and would recommend this hotel to everyone!
Response from Property: Dear James, Thank you for your delightful review and the perfect score! We are thrilled that you and your girlfriend enjoyed a wonderful New Year's Eve stay with us. We are glad to know you found the room cozy, clean, and well-isolated, providing a peaceful night in the heart of the 17th arrondissement. We are also glad our staff's hospitality, historical insights, and local recommendations enhanced your experience. Your appreciation for our typically French and high-quality breakfast is truly rewarding. We look forward to hosting you again during your next trip to Paris. Thanks for recommending our hotel! With many thanks, The team of the Hotel du Théâtre.

My daughter and I stayed in this hotel for a weekend and had a great time! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was clean and nicely decorated, and very quite in the evening. The hotel is close to metro and bus, and you can easily walk to mont martre if you want. There are some nice restaurants in the neighbourhood and it felled very safe to walk around, even at night. We'll be back!

This was a boutique hotel. The surrounding train stations only have lots of stairs so consider a transfer to get to the hotel. The buffet breakfast was lovely. There is a bus #30 just a couple of minutes walk that takes you to Sacre Coeur and the Eiffel Tower.

The Hotel du Theatre is a wonderful place for it's location, cleanliness, but most of all, the staff. Eric, Brittany, Charlotte, Pierre and Peter are all exceptional and informative and made our stay a pleasure. The rooms are well decorated although small but this is the norm for downtown Paris. There are great restaurants and bars nearby. It was truly a magical experience for us.

A small hotel with lots of character, quiet with helpful reception, adjacent to a theatre with lots of wonderful restaurants nearby .A short and scenic walk (around 25-30 minutes for those who are fit) to the basilica of Sacre Coeur - a great start to the day.

Near Montmartre and the latin quarters we made the most of the few days we had left after staying at another hotel in Paris. Wether was cold and wet but some sun and beautiful sights with excellent food and beverages made it worth it.
