Timhotel offers a great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The breakfast is enjoyable, rooms are a bit compact. but overall, it’s a cozy and convenient choice for travelers.

Hotel is very small and the lady at the hotel for reception was very rude. We came to know that in Europe, even if you mention 1 room for stay, it is mandatory to also list all the people in the booking. I missed to mention by child and they were not allowing me to have 1 room to take which i booked since we are 3 including 1 child. We finally had to book another room just for one more day which turned out very expensive. The lady was not at all cooperative and the hotel is also not having good maintenance, had issue with the water in bathroom. breakfast was good.

Overall is good, but there is a female black receptionist quite rude. Pointing me while speaking.

In a fantastic location for the Eiffel Tower, restaurants or the metro. Extremely clean and tidy, the staff are friendly. Would definitely stay again.

For a short stay and near iconic place, the eiffel, timhotel eiffel is a good location and it is literally besides the Dupleix metro station. However don't expect a enormous space as it was very small for 2 person but technically you're not literally spending most of the time in the hotel after all. The toilet is clean and basic amenities are covered. Staff speak English and helpful and friendly. The lift is rather small like literally small space but it is iconic and something different which makes it an interesting experience.

The hotel I booked was cancelled when I arrived at the hotel. I didn't receive any cancellation notice. I was exhausted after a 20-hour flight, but this happened when I arrived at the hotel I booked in advance. The person in charge of the hotel front desk had a very bad attitude and didn't take the guests seriously. The location was also quite remote, so later, with the active solution of TRIP.com customer service, I could still choose to book with the front desk again and reimburse me for the hotel I booked before, but I still chose other hotels instead of staying in this hotel. Highly not recommended
