Stayed June 20–22, 2025. Power shorted TWO times just from using the hotel’s own kettle and phone charger. No lights, no A/C—completely unacceptable. Despite complaints, management offered NO apology or compensation. Paid a premium rate for a substandard room and unreliable facilities. Only positive was the friendly staff.

This ia my 4th time in same hotel its very cozy and convince with superior location This time i Enjoyed there breakfast very cozy one staff on this hotel very friendly , reception guys the new one and the one Use to see him very nice and helpful His name is Felix I am enjoying my stay every time

Is a very quiet hotel and beds are confortable. Breakfast was good and the location is great, as there are several metro lines.

The location is very convenient just 3 mins walk from Metro. And is walkable to everywhere. The room is spacious for 3 paxs. And we even have a bathtub! Rooms and bathroom have window which is super important. The staffs are all super helpful and friendly (sorry that I didn’t get their names). The hotel has an elevator (small) which is important since we have very big and heavy luggage. Probably don’t require to pay for the breakfast which I felt os overpriced. Overall good experience and would recommend this hotel.

Really good location and service was great, team was flexible, allowed early check in when room was available. Took care of my luggage on the last day and was very attentive even after check out.
