Love the convenience and ease to move around as the hotel is located in the same building as the train station. Lots of F&B outlets available within the vicinity. Hotel staff is helpful but can't really understand or speak English. Overall good.

Hotel was located right beside the train station and well decorated.

The room was tidy, clean, and bright. We chose a triple room, which was spacious enough for us. The breakfast was also very abundant. The location was right next to the Gare de Lyon, just a few steps to the right after exiting. This was extremely convenient for someone like me who dawdles but needs to catch a morning train. The only downside was that the front desk staff on the day we checked in was cold and somewhat impatient throughout the entire process. When I finally said thank you to her, she didn't even look at me, which was very dismissive. I couldn't help but suspect that she might be racially prejudiced.

My priority in choosing this hotel was to have quick access to Paris subway and bus stops. Gare de Lyon station is literally next door. Room is a bit small but that’s typical of Paris hotels. They deliver free water and drinks everyday per # of people/room which is nice. Some hotels will have refreshments in the fridge for a fee. Room cleaning service offered daily too. Will consider staying here again next time in Paris.

The only advantage of this hotel is a the location that next to train station, considering the price and services, it is a terrible value-for-money selection. We have never been to any hotel that luggage storage is only for guests before check-in. Guests requiring luggage storage after check-out are required to pay for the expensive coin lockers. The front desk is not welcoming by tones and gestures - no smiles at all. The gym is too small and without any windows.

Location is superb just next to Gare de Lyon. Lots of shops and restaurants around.

Booked this hotel for its proximity to the Gare de Lyon train station, it is just right next to it and makes it very convenient. Room is clean, small as expected for location and price. Counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. Asked for food recommendations and they suggested L'Européen opposite the station which was a lovely french bistro. For luggage storage, there is a charge but once you sign up for the Accor membership it will be complimentary. Recommend to stay if you like the convenience!

the receptionists are all very nice and helpful but the servers at the breakfast buffet made too much noise while collecting tablewares, not welcoming atmosphere

The location of this hotel is definitely perfect for one night stay over to transfer via train or to another cities.

A very good location hotel just a few steps from Paris Gare de Lyon station. Good services and very clean. I will certainly book again when come and visit Paris in my next trip.

The room is really nice and the traffic is really convenient! The reception is very friendly and the gate of the hotel is secured at night. Very nice place to stay overall!
