B&B Hotel Troyes Centre Reviews

We enjoyed our stay. The service, location and facilities were all good.

we booked a room for three people, when we arrived we initially had to wait for someone to come and let us in, then when we got to the room their was no bedding on the bunk bed, we had to inform the reception whom said they would sort it for us, on our return from dinner the bedding was left on the floor in a bag. We had to make the bed ourselves. Not that we found it hard, but we paid for a service. The light in the bathroom did not work, so we had to wait until morning to use the bathroom, shower etc. The room was extremely small for three people

B&B hotel chains are common in countries around the world. They are well-known for their standard practices and enjoy a high degree of trust in the hotel market. This is also the hotel we often book during our travels. However, although this hotel in Torua is known as a B&B, it does not have the quality of a regular hotel and is more like a no-name store. We saw good information about this hotel on Ctrip.com and it had free parking, so we chose it. (Figure 1, front desk) After entering the store, we found that the female clerk who greeted us (unknown identity) had an extremely rude attitude (perhaps she looked down on us because she saw that we were from China). When we asked about the free parking issue, she said "NO". (Picture 2 is the manuscript of the clerk asking us to pay the parking fee) We took out Ctrip’s introduction about the free parking at Toruwa Hotel, (Picture 3) but she still said "NO" very firmly. Since we couldn't cancel the order, we had to swallow our anger, pay the parking fee, and spend the night in the hotel. For this reason, we solemnly reported this matter to Ctrip customer service.

No oven or microwave. Relentless reception lady to help us on this point. Fortunately the place was clean. Review your amenities.

Small bathroom. I do not recommend in the summer too hot in the rooms. The staff very good

From start to finish this hotel is awful !!! Very tired decor, very unwelcoming staff, no aircon not even a fan to keep cool, everything needs sprucing up from the carpets to the walls / windows. There is no way this hotel is worth the money they charge, try somewhere else, even a park bench would be far better, oh and by the way even though they still advertise parking it’s a lie they haven’t ! You have to pay in the public car park

Excellent location but there is no aircon and our room was over the very busy and noisy Ave 14 Juillet so little sleep was possible with the window open. The hotel is Not advertised as having air con but I assumed all BB hotels had it. Troyes is an amazingly beautiful town. Bathroom door unhygienic

Terrible hotel needs updating paint decor awful. We had room. 213 and room 335 with double bed and bunk. They gave us no bedding for the bunk bed we had to ask for it on both occasions. Room 335 overlooked the car park which is is desprate need of repair holes in the concrete and when you drive in it looks like a drug ally, room 213 over looks main street which our window seemed to be broken and taped up with black tape but came undone and you could hear everything. No air conditioning! And no tea or coffees making facilities in room. The breakfast was continental but absolutely awful dry bread and mini crossiants and pain au choc fruit looked like it had been there rotting for a week!

Hôtel choisi pour une étape d’une nuit sur notre route, vu son prix à proximité du centre-ville de Troyes qui est réellement très beau. Le prix payé a été différent du prix annoncé sur le site de l’hôtel. Chambre calme et propre , mais l’hôtel à besoin d’un rafraîchissement.
