This stay was a real let down. Bunch of little bugs in our bed and room was quite dirty. Place was fully booked so I didn’t bother trying to change rooms and figured they’d mostly be the same. Staff were super friendly though and location was good. Also it’s advertised as a smoke free room but people that stay here just smoke anyways, opened the door after our first night to see a guy just sitting outside our room smoking

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The place was clean and well-maintained, which made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. The location is excellent - close to everything I needed and easy to access. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others looking for a convenient and clean place to stay.

Its clean and as a muslim, the location is very near the muslim food street, Zhejiang. Location is good but you still need to walk quite a lot from the pedestrian street (considering the heat of summer, would be kinda hard) but there were enough convenience store and coffee shops nearby which is very good. The woman at the service desk is so friendly and sweet and your room will be cleaned everyday eventhough you put up the do not disturb sign for some reason. However the hotel looked a bit run down? I expected it to be bigger from the pictures but it was not. And other thing is the cleanliness. Umm it was my first night there and I was a girl and alone and there was this big cockroach roaming around my room 😭😭 Kinda funny because I was so afraid I couldn't sleep well the first night because of it. I also was too much of a people pleaser to bother the service desk so the next day I managed to kill the cockroach and that was it. But other than that, it wasss nearly perfect.

It's a really lovely place with friendly staff! The lady at the reception was so kind to me, and we used a translator for better communication, so the language barrier wasn’t a problem.

The location was convenient an the staff was kind. However I would not recommend the rooms without a window.

Good location A bit expensive over the weekend in Shanghai for a small walk up hotel

I was there for 5 days exploring Shanghai for the first time. 10 minutes walk from the Bund and the Metro. Shopping street is also close. Rooms are ok for 1 person at a reasonable prize.

It’s cozy and everything is just nice.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and polite and quick to respond. However, there were some issues with the cleaning lady's bed making, which was a bit sloppy. The hotel is in a good location, close to Nanjing East Road, Dashijie, and Yuyuan Garden, and the food street on Yunnan South Road is also nearby, so it's worth staying here.

Terribly small and dirty hotel, cleaning is very bad and the worst thing is that the ventilation and exhaust constantly smell of cigarettes!! All clothes are completely saturated with the smell. The photo shows a dirty sink on the day we first arrived

The location seems good. It's within walking distance of People's Square. I took the early morning bus and got off the bus and walked for about 7 minutes. The room I purchased was a twin city view, but they gave me a room without a view at first, so I told them about it and they checked and changed it for me. The person at the counter was kind and nice.

The hotel is in a great location, with bus and subway stations nearby and you can walk to the Bund. There is a century-old shop downstairs that tastes good. The hotel is well managed, clean and tidy without any odor.
