Great location, and friendly staff, but lacks of facilities the room is old, and the water pressure of the shower and tap is weak.

During our two-day stay at the London Bridge hotel, we were required to clean the room and leave a room cleansing card on the door. However, It was a disappointment to us that the room was not cleaned by anyone.

The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation. The bus is right outside the door, and the subway and train station are very close, about a 10-minute walk. It is very convenient to various attractions. The London Tower is near the hotel, a 10-minute walk. The room is very clean, the only drawback is that the shower water is not adjustable.

When I checked in and entered the room, it was very cold with the air conditioner set at 16 degrees Celsius. There was body soap and shampoo, but it was quite diluted and didn't form any bubbles. Furthermore, I had a hard time because I didn't have a rinse. There seems to be another hotel with the same name near Tower Bridge, so be careful.

Good location for visiting the Tower of London. Good room price but expensive car park which was really tricky to find. Room on the small side and a bit hot! Had to beg for a fan

Our room was too hot. The air conditioning only worked in small doses. The hotel itself was at least a 20 minute walk from the nearest tube station. Staff were lovely.

Easy check in. Nice bar. Comfy bed, hot shower, cold air con. Incredibly quiet room, slept very soundly. There was a self service check in and out. Very convenient location from the hub bub of the river

Good hotel was a good 15 min walk from the Tube station but bus 188 takes you direct from Waterloo station, excellent Air con, clean and good breakfast

Great value and perfect for exploring London. The hotel is fresh and clean, beds are comfortable. We had a family room and my 6’ tall teen took the adult bed while I (5’3”) slept in the “child bed” which was a standard twin size. Bathroom was sparkling clean. Some road noise but not much at night. USB charging ports in the rooms don’t work but you can pick up a plug adapter at the shop across the street if you need one for charging devices. Breakfast isn’t exciting but the price is right and it does the job. Hotel is on multiple bus lines and an easy/pleasant walk to the Tube station. Very easy to get whenever you want to go! The staff are the real standout - we stayed 8 days and every single staff member we met was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. They really made our visit for us.

Stayed one night to attend a concert at Horse Guards Parade. The hotel is conveniently located and public transport is readily available. Room was great and the food was excellent. This was my second stay at the hotel and my stay was great, had a family room and it was nice and spacious.
