Great hotel, friendly staff! I stay here weekly! Good area, lots of restaurants and places to visit.

everything okay, if there is a swimming pool would be better

Room is 5 star. Breakfast is 4 star but an excellent tiramisu. Laundry facility is a failing grade. Need to upgrade washer and dryer.

Room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located near to some bars and restaurants but was quiet inside. We didn't have chance to use many facilities but staff were friendly and helpful during check in and check out.

The room is quite nice and comfortable,also the breakfast is pretty awesome.

My day got off to a great start with a tasty and plentiful breakfast buffet. As a frequent traveler who relies on taxis, I can't speak to the traffic convenience, but I can confirm that the hotel's entrance provides convenient drop-off and pick-up points for cars.

The hotel rooms are very good, and it is convenient to eat, drink and have fun around. It is very close to Nanhu Lake and Zicheng. It is cost-effective during holidays. Ctrip provides breakfast, and the hotel provides children's breakfast. It is well received.

The hotel is a single-family building, very clean and stylish, and in a great location. The interior is very elegant, and there is a small fountain, which the children especially like. The room is fully intelligent, and the children interact with each other when they are free. The stay experience is really perfect. I will come again next time!

After the child finished the bath, he asked the front desk to get another disposable item.
