Nice good hotel

A stunningly stylish hotel, quite cozy and intimate... good breakfasts, but the croissants are rather weak for Paris (((small and dry... very clean, but in the beautiful glass bathroom there was dust on the cabinet, and there was clearly a month-old layer((( and so.... Perhaps one one of the best hotels in terms of price/quality ratio

Philip Stark touches old charm. Very well executed and super friendly staff. Small hiccups such as noisy room were reimbursed generously. The Spa for sure needs an update especially the Sauna. Amazing bedding, linen and beautiful bath towels.. cloud like . A bit too many mirrors in the room and may be very tricky to use light switches . Breakfast is expensive. And doesn’t feel relaxed as it’s in the Japanese restaurant that faces the entree of the hotel so there is a lot of commute. And at such room rate could be included. Whatsapp butler service is convenient. The location is excellent as on a quiet street but still in center. Very nice valet staff and a beautiful boutique. Not sure if Pool should be offered to outside guests and as dogs are allowed but there are carpets it doesn’t feel luxurious at times.

Absolutely superb experience at the Raffles RM! This was my second visit here and there is no kinder or more welcoming staff than at this hotel. They make you feel welcome, there is no snobbery, but a feeling of making you feel at home for the time you are there. There are so many great hotels in Paris but this will be my favorite because of the warm welcome from the minute you enter the doors. The hotel is beautiful. The minute you walk in it is so classy, warm but also quite artistic. The bar is so fun and vibrant at anytime, with a good vibe. They seem to prioritize guests in the hotel and we never had any problem getting a table or seat at any time even when busy. We used the gym everyday. I love that gym so much! It has a lovely pool where you can do laps in. The change rooms had a steam sauna, a dry sauna and a cold plunge (just in the women’s change room! Sorry gentlemen!). I loved getting our workouts in while on vacation. It was a treat to have a gym that didn’t look like a hotel gym. It was stunning, clean and there was always staff around to help you. Specifics: The breakfast is outstanding, as is the gym. The rooms are modern and fun but with the best linens and most comfortable beds. Showers perfect with amazing water pressure (you have ruined us for home!). The housekeeping staff are meticulous and also very sweet. We arrived and were a bit disoriented from jet lag. We left the room after a quick shower to get dinner and the lovely lady doing the turndown service gave us a lecture to lock our passports and put our money away. We did neither that first night but how lovely she was to care about our security. Her name was Rhael so please thank her from us. We didn’t see her again but appreciated her honestly and her concern for us. We were lucky to have someone so trustworthy cleaning after us! The assistant manager and butler both escorted us to our room. And the lovely cake for my birthday and the decorations that were in our room upon arrival made me so happy. You went out of your way for us to make our visit so special. I told you in December I would be back with my husband and I was true to my word. You were equally true to your high standards and exceptional service. We will be back!

After a wonderful Paris weekend a great review for this historic and iconic place is more than in order! From the warm welcome (top notch front desk team), luxurious room, spotless housekeeping, delicious breakfast (wonderful host named Anna), great dinner at Matsuhisa and lunch at Long Bar, to the relaxing time at the Spa, this place made the perfect Paris hide-away. Thank you to the entire time, for their great hospitality extended to us - I can only highly recommend and wish to be returning soon! Thank YOU!

Our stay at Raffles Le Royal Monceau in Paris was an exceptional experience in every respect. We stayed in the Gallery Suite, offering a spacious and tastefully decorated room—though, technically, not a suite in the classical sense, as it lacked a separate living and sleeping area. However, the thoughtful room design and abundance of mirrors, a hallmark of Philippe Starck, created a welcoming and spacious atmosphere. The entire hotel feels like a unique work of art, with curated artwork seamlessly integrated into the decor. This results in a harmonious blend of modernity and elegance, reflecting the hotel’s distinctive style. The butler service, easily reachable via WhatsApp, was reliable and added to the comfort of our stay. A special mention goes to the doormen, who were not only exceptionally friendly and courteous but also highly personable, always ready with a witty remark to bring a smile. This level of hospitality extended to all areas of the hotel, which were impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean. The turndown service was also discreet and exceedingly satisfying. Additionally, the pre-stay communication regarding our preferences and housekeeping timing was highly professional and left no room for improvement. The hotel’s location near the Arc de Triomphe is ideal for exploring Paris in all its glory. The breakfast buffet deserves particular praise, offering a generous selection of fresh, delicious foods, including hot dishes, ensuring a perfect start to the day. While food and beverages are priced at a premium, the quality is outstanding. Every bite and sip reflects a meticulous choice of products, accompanied by friendly and professional service. The only suggestion for future improvement would be to provide a bit more storage space in the bathroom—although, given the carefully designed style, this may be challenging to implement. We look forward to our next visit and sincerely thank the team for a truly outstanding hotel experience at Raffles Le Royal Monceau.

Excellent location. Service beyond expectations from Butler, to Concierge and any other staff member they were all attentive and exceptional. Every place I ate in the hotel the food was incredible. You must try the vegetarian burger! Can’t wait to go back!

Last week, I had an extremely pleasant experience at the « Le Bar Long », of the Royal Monceau. I was deeply impressed by the beauty of the setting and the quality of the services offered. I would like to thank particularly Cindy and Nadim, as well as the rest of the team, for their kindness and hospitality. I will undoubtedly return to this beautiful establishment, which I highly recommend to anybody looking for most agreeable and charming location in Paris.

Congratulations to one of the most elegant well run elite hotels in Paris. From pre arrival message informing of fine upgrade to executive room ( Amex FHR program) to smooth check out, everything was flawless. Received warm welcome greetings from door man and reception, walked around hotel with butler tour and room with all features benefits explained. Awesome spa at property with pool and hammam not to be missed. Great breakfast buffet and bar area with live music on certain days. Very helpful and knowledgeable concierge , arranged for bus tour and Paris river cruise dinner ( a must!) . Room maid cleaning services timely and very good with evening turndown daily. Thank you for making our anniversary super special, look forward to returning soon.
