Worth its price

The hotel was okey- it was very quiet which I liked - the AC however was hard to function only had an on and off switch so it would get too cold or too hot - overall was okey!

The room was dirty, found feces on the bathroom floor. It was suppose to be a non smoking room, but upon entering, smelled of cigarettes. Toilet would overflow a few times the second time they came to fix it, was told, dont flush the toilet papers down the toilet. They expect guests to throw used toilet paper in the trash can? Not good idea especially after wiping your bu**! The room will smell like sh**! We booked a royal deluxe but was given a standard deluxe room. Requested 2 twin beds, but only available room room was with 1 bed.

This hotel is close to centric area. There was a shopping area directly across the street. Front desk was nice and helpful.

Cleanliness: Overall good (bathroom, floor), but pillows and sheets had stains. Space: The room is very spacious and comfortable without any sense of oppression. Location: The location is very good. There are many restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores around. 5 minutes walk to the subway station and bus station. Service: The front desk service is poor, not very enthusiastic, and feels perfunctory. But overall it is comfortable to live in.

The location is very good, about a 6-minute walk from Yeoksam Station on Line 2. It's right in front of a convenience store. However, the room was not cleaned properly and did not feel clean. There were empty food bags in the desk drawer and a lot of food scraps were falling out, and there were a lot of food scraps on the headboard of the bed. Even though I asked for the room to be cleaned, the bed was made and the trash in the trash can was gone, but I wondered if the towels had been changed...? I felt like I had been properly cleaned. Good points: Good location, delicious coffee from the coffee machine in the lobby, two bottles of water given every day, freezer available. Bad points: Even though we booked for two people, only one bath towel was provided from the first day to the last day (5 nights), I don't know if the slippers were clean, they were too worn out and broke, the room was not cleaned properly, there was no hand soap, there was no safety box, there was no door chain, the attitude of the reception staff was bad (almost no explanation given)
