There is so many issues in the unit, I wanna explicit the terrible experience that we had. Firstly, the room was different from the photo and the details are irrelevant in this platform. The room was dirty and dusty. The wifi is not working, no utensils. There is so many issues and the owner cedric jae was sarcastic, rude and unhelpful. It ruined my vacation and traumatize us. It is unsafe environment where they asked us to leave in the middle of the night, raining so heavy with the kids. They didn’t let us refund and at the same time I paid another place to stay, booked a grab. The frustration, stress , wasted time and money is unaaceptable. I strongly not recommending this premises because this is fraud. I definitely complained to the platform but still letting this unit to still operates even though there is alot of complains and terrible review. They continuously victimising other people.

We waited for 5 HOURS—yes, five whole hours—and still got nothing but attitude and poor service. Not once did anyone bother to give us an update or even apologize for the ridiculous delay. We kept calling to follow up, and guess what? They kept declining our calls. Over and over again. It’s honestly hard to believe how unprofessional they are.
They didn’t even let us in after all that waiting, and to make things worse, they acted like we were the problem. Can you believe they even tried to get all the units to block us? For what—asking for the service we were supposed to get?
The staff clearly don’t know how to treat people with basic respect. Their behavior was not just rude—it was completely unacceptable. If you’re thinking of dealing with this place, don’t bother. They clearly don’t care about their customers at all.

First I tried to ask if we can add another person since it can be occupied by 5 people since it is a condo type then the one in the picture and the room I booked are different then before check in the guest invitation is still needed it is not even mentioned in the details what they are offering is just disappointing then instead I should have checked in before 1pm I checked in around 3 pm because they didn't reply like how many times have I called and texted very disappointing .

This is so ******* bad place that I ever stayed I have been traveled in many places. But here made me disappointed specially with the unit owner he kept me await for 4 hrs to check in I tried to contact him but he always cut the line off that so freaking me out.
