"This trip is a business trip, the hotel room quite nice for business short trip. It is a new hotel, I didn't take breakfast because I took early flight. The overall the cleaning and the facilities is new and nice place for stay."

"when searching a hotel near the airport on google that the price is ok,be sure to this hotel. The hotel is cozy, clean, comfortable with minimalist but cool interior. It is near the airport so suitable for those who have an early flight or those who want peace. The room is not so spacious but there is enough space for prayer. The bed linen, towels are fragrant and clean, so is the horde is clean. The bathroom has a shower and a faucet for wudhu, hot water is ok. One drawback is that there is no shower room and toilet barrier. The water drain hole is not big enough. So when you finish the shower, the water splashes everywhere, making it clear. It should be given a barrier glass or the floor of the shower room is lower. On the 1st floor near the lobby there is a shared kitchen. There is a stove, microwave, dispenser with coffee and tea for guests. In the corner of each floor there is also a sofa for just relaxing. Make guests request a deposit 50K for the key guarantee that will be returned later upon check-out. For the rate, it is still ok, not until 400K ."

"One of the great hotels located in downtown Palu. Friendly bf kind staffers, and provide a good selection of breakfast. The hotel manager will come to each table and have a little chit chat with the costumer. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is nice and close to the gym on the 3rd floor. You can see the things around the hotel from the pool. From this hotel you can go anywhere around downtown Palu. The only drawback is the internet. There are times when the internet is down for like 15 minutes. However, I don’t mind staying in this hotel again in the future."

"The hotel is located not far from the biggest mall in Palu. It is convenient to walk to the mall and back to the hotel. There is an Alfamidi (convenient store) across the hotel as well. The room is big with decent amenities. But the water for shower is not always hot, it’s warm. Breakfast menus are almost similar every day. The staff at the reception desk are kind, and helpful, and the staff helped me get my taxi driver at 4 a.m. However, the staff at the breakfast room should be trained again. There are no spoon, fork, tissue, coffee, cream and sugar on each table if you sit outside. One of the staff threw his sandal to the cat when he saw it walking around the outside area of the restaurant which is rude. Another time, I put my book on one of the tables inside and I went to take other food but they cleaned my table and put my book on the chair which is disrespectful. I hope the hotel fix this because I really like staying at SwissBel."

"new hotel and looks fresh. my booking including breakfast but instead of a full meal breakfast , it was delivered to room with limited choices such as Nasi Goreng or Bubur. the reason given was low occupancy so the full serving kitchen was closed. I would suggest the booking system gives the option of with or without breakfast so at least I can manage my expectation. wifi connection was very slow. smart tv is not working when I logged in to my netflix account."

"The room is very large, and if you are a couple, you can change clothes at the blind spot. Please ask for towels because they will bring you if you ask. TV only shows net TV. Cost performance is good and recommended."
