Nice hotel to stay, hotel by IHG usually won’t disappoint. Will stay again if I visit here again.

Good location. The staff gave me a wrong room type but corrected quickly after I found out.

It even doesn’t stay close to Crowne Plaza!!! Didn’t say anything about parking charge fee. Charged 20$ from credit card for it. Checked on site- parking fee is 15$

Location was good but slightly old facility.

It's good there is slippers. And you can ask the front desk they will give you the brush.

It was nice and quiet specially for a long weekend time. The room was OK. Comfortable beds and pillows. The floor needs to be cleaned better and there some ants walking around more visible in the bathroom. I think needs some spray before the summer officially starts. The pool was not ready no towels provided until Sunday. The jacuzzi was hot but only 4 jets out of 12 were working. I cleaned the leaves and tree brushes and... inside the pool and spa before using it myself ....

Good, room is small

Location📍: on the way from San Francisco to the Silicon Valley and approximate 30 mins drive to the Silicon Valley. Nice choice if you plan to travel on self drive as there is no parking fee and the room is quite big with all the necessary facilities. There are also supermarkt around it within few minutes drive. Amenities🌐: a little bit old but still acceptable and in accordance to the price range.

First off, I'd like to give a shout-out to the night shift front desk person Tony. He was very courteous and thoughtful in helping me on my arrival day (12 midnight) and assisted with all my needs. Thank you Tony for your efforts! For the hotel in general, it seems the place is understaffed but I believe that is how other hotels operate nowadays post COVID. The location is great and is right in the middle of where I want to be north and south of Bay Area. Many rental car locations nearby so I was able to get to one within 10 mins radius. For the room, I stayed in the king bedroom pool side with patio. The bed was very comfortable and clean. However, the downside was that the connecting room doors were paper thin, and the gap between the door and the floor was more than an inch high, so I could pretty much hear every word the person was saying in the other room. They need to fix that or else guests really don't have any privacy at all. I apologize to the couple in the room next to me because I was on a call at 3am in the morning and didn't realize I had woken them up until they started talking and I knew how bad the sound isolation was. After that, whether it was day or night time, I had to resort to whispering all my conversations because I knew people could hear me in the other rooms.

Attended a concert at the shoreline and this hotel was great! The location was good and the staff was too! The outdoor patio and pool area was beautiful and breakfast was a great buffet. We would definitely stay here again.

I would like to take this opportunity to commend on the outstanding and patience service bu Anthony Godinet at the front desk. Anthony is a great asset to your hotel.

The main building is in poor shape. The entire building is severely sloped with about a 3 inch drop every 10 feet or so. If you are not accustomed to it be ready to get somewhat seasick for a day or two get accustomed to it. The worst part is sleeping with your head significantly lower than your feet. Horrible. If you must stay there insist on a room in the newer addition. On the positive side the rooms were super clean and staff was friendly.

Free parking, clean room

The environment and price are unexpectedly good, and the surrounding area is quiet and safe. There is a large free parking lot in front of the door, but I don't know why some people have to park in a paid parking lot. It was past three in the morning when we arrived, and the guy at the front desk said that he couldn't find the reservation information. We waited for a while, but fortunately the problem was solved actively, and Ctrip was also actively contacting us. Overall, I was very satisfied, but I didn't stay long because I was in a hurry.
