Small room, ugly room, septic truck pumping sewer till 2am by our room. Noise and smell. First stay and maybe last

Did you not come and clean and it was full of flies and bugs We tried to talk to the hotel, but they said we should talk to you because I got books from you guys We had to wait for the towels for four hours and did not deliver It was full of people like every year, did not treat us very good

We stayed here because of Coachella. The environment is great. The golf course is in the entire resort. Because the music festival ended late, the hotel specially prepared supper for everyone to buy, which was very considerate. The corridors and rooms are obviously old, not worth the price. Overall it's OK.

Environment: The biggest advantage of the hotel is the good environment, the greenery is well maintained, the outdoor swimming pool is heated, and there are two hot springs. Service: The service in American hotels is basically non-existent Facilities: It is not comparable to that in China. It is relatively new in the United States, but the bathroom is a bit small and the shower room is crowded. Overall, my family is quite satisfied

The service is good, the flamingo and the small golf course at the door are added points, and the holiday atmosphere is full. I originally planned to stay for one night, but I stayed for another night. Two nights is more suitable, you can go shopping (go to the outlet) and have a good rest. The hotel hygiene is OK. Because breakfast is not included, we ate brunch outside. We had a dinner in the hotel. The service is very good, the taste is average, and it is very expensive. I suggest you go to downtown if you want to eat delicious food.

It takes 40 minutes to drive to Desert Mountain Outlets and about 30 minutes to the rotating cable car, which is relatively far. There is an open parking lot and no parking fee for self-parking, which saves a lot of money compared to hotel parking in Los Angeles. It is self-driving friendly. The lobby and surrounding area are very grand, and check-in is also very fast. Because the hotel is very large and there are many rooms on one floor, a map is given to indicate the location of the check-in room. The boating was not open on the day of check-in, saying it was due to weather reasons, but the weather seemed to be fine that day, which was a pity. The first floor has direct access to the swimming pool. The children swam in the water for two consecutive days, which is suitable for walking the baby

As expected of JW Marriott, the facilities, hygiene, environment and service are all top-notch. It is worth staying here for more than NT$2,000 in the off-season.
