We stayed at Masseria Muntibianchi for just a weekend but it was enough to fill up on beauty and recharge completely. Antonio and his entire staff made us feel at home, helpfulness and kindness distinguish this masseria immersed in nature. Even if it was late April, we were able to immerse ourselves in the warm water of the swimming pool with hydromassage and relax in the wonderful spa for individual use, far from the confusion and stress, and enjoy the regenerating massage of the very talented and sweet Ilaria. But the strong point of Masseria Muntibianchi is the excellent food: the quality of the raw materials is expertly used by the chef who creates unique and amazing dishes. Breakfast offers exquisite homemade cakes, which restore the flavors and authenticity of tradition. The impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and the courtesy of all the staff, always with a smile, make a holiday at Muntibianchi a unique experience. We will definitely return as soon as possible."

"Otranto is a small town and the hotel is very close to the historic center, which was good because I didn't have to use the car. The hotel has good facilities and a good breakfast. The only drawback was having to pay 10.00 euros for private parking (it should be included in the daily rate)."

In terms of service it is very much a rules based hotel used to preserve its look. ie you cant dry your swimsuit out side the room, you can’t take towels to the pool etc. We didn’t find the staff a little stern in nature. More concerned with the look of their hotel than the comfort of their guests."
