The apartment was cute, clean, and comfortable. It is conveniently located within walking distance to Namba station and many food markets and bustling areas right outside your door to explore. For us, the best part was the kind and helpful coordination with the host, who was very accommodating in helping us arrange luggage drop off. Thank you so much!

We had a phenomenal experience at Vikki’s Boutique House. The room was clean, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to get to our next destination after we checked out. Highly recommend staying here.

Super great location, just next to Kuromon market, with abundance of restaurants selling freshly cooked food. Apartment is super clean and spacious for 3 adults and security is very good. Apartment has a balcony that can view all happenings days & nights.. Yakiniku restaurants, old school Ramen shop + Japanese style standing bar across the apartment, super convenient. Only 5-7 min walk to NAMBA JR n Bus station.

We had a pleasant stay. Room is way bigger than a standard hotel room in Japan. Location is excellent, literally beside Kuromon Market and a Family Mart is next door.

Very great washroom with high tech system, lighting with remote control Great location but it is closer to a jap bar on 1/F at the street, so it is little noisy around 8pm-11pm

Very good location with many restaurants around. The room is comfortable and with good hygiene. It had everything we needed. The instructions given by the staff were very clear and the staff were friendly too. Would definitely come here to visit again.

The accommodation is really clean! The sushi concept is cute and the location is not far from Namba Station. Everything was good except that my toenail cracked and got hurt because there was a threshold at the entrance.

It's so spacious that I can open two 28-inch suitcases! The bathroom is completely new and you can wash warmly. The location is also great and the host is very kind! When leaving your luggage, you must contact them before checking out. I will recommend it to all my friends who are going to Osaka. They even gave me chocolate as a Christmas present. I had a great trip! Thank you🩷

The location is quite good, close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, and close to Tentsukaku in the south and Namba in the west. The room is clean and tidy, with a large space and a balcony. The store's instructions are very detailed and there is no difficulty in checking in. As for the noise, I didn't hear it because I slept with earplugs, and the room is equipped with earplugs.

Overall satisfaction: The location is convenient, there is a convenience store and Kuromon Market downstairs, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hygiene is good, and there is a terrace to dry clothes. It is a pity that the weather has been unstable these days and it rains occasionally and I cannot use it. Except that the mattress on the left side is too soft and I'm not used to it, it's pretty good and cost-effective.
