Very pleasant stay, except that in my room, the bathroom is about 20cm higher than the room itself making it very inconvenient and a little dangerous to go into and out of the bathroom.

I stayed for a night. The room was clean and decently sized because they put me in a disabled room, which was big enough. Breakfast was basic: pancakes made by a machine, coffee, and fried eggs. I don't know why my reservation was lost. Arriving at 22.45 and 23.30, they checked me in because they could not find my booking in their system. ,

The pancakes were dynamite! Free coffee, tea, and pancakes as I pleased. The room was tiny but comfortable. The view from the window was nonexistent haha. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The 711 around the corner was great for water and snacks!

If you want to stay near dotonbori, this is a perfect location. Little bit small but okay to stay.

We booked two rooms and we enjoyed our stay in Osaka. The rooms are very clean and wifi is fast. Thanks to the friendly receptionists and staff who cleaned our rooms daily. There is also free drinks, bath salt, personal amenities and luggage storage at the lobby. The laundry is at hotel basement. Walking distance to Dotonbori. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Osaka soon.

I visited Japan to meet a friend and stayed there. Early check-in is not allowed, and luggage left in advance before check-in time is moved to the room. The disappointing thing is that I have to leave my key every time I go out, and the cleaning staff during the day are very noisy and knock frequently. I am a non-smoker, but the smell of cigarettes from the next room comes through the hallway. The hair dryer is too weak, so I think it would be better to bring your own. The reception staff were very friendly and nice, and the hotel location is good. I woke up late every day and saw the breakfast menu when I checked out on the last day. I didn't eat it, but I took a picture because the eggs were cute.
