This is my second time to be here but with a bad experiences. My neighbor room is inhabited by a crazy guy and always hit the wall very vigorously. If complain to reception (can only reach by email), they only give u formal reply and no one will show up. I have to withstand 2 days ( as no room available ) before changing to another room. It is terrible !

Very spacious and clean and good amenities Train noise is present but not very loud

It's a high CP place to stay, room is large (for japan accommodation of course). Location is not bad, but not the best. Many stations around but all takes 6mins walk. Everything works. A bit of smell in the rest room, a bit of sound of trains outside of the door, but cannot complain in general, worth the price.

self-check in which was easy. location is not bad - 5 mins to one staton and 10 mins to another station, there are many restaurants and shops close by. not as busy as namba so it's nicer to walk around room size is not too bad for a budget hotel next to train track so there was noise from train from 5.30am not much facilities but overall good value

Excellent  hotel. big room just only a  little bit long walk to station with luggages

That was Airbnb type of hotel Apartment style! Nice apartment, clean & tidy. Comfortable room with mini kitchen. That was great provided washing machine too. A self- check in hotel an email you with the instructions. Beautiful place & great location nearby train station & just a walking distance to Family mart & Lawson. It was comfortable enough to enjoy 3 night stayed in Osaka!

The apartment is just 1-2 min walk away from Family Mart. Lawson is just slightly further away. Very convenient! They also provide hotel slippers, towels, chopsticks, utensils, bowls! It’s perfect. We weren’t affected by the noise as our room was facing another direction. Request for a higher floor and the request was met! 🙏🏻✨ Overall a great stay!

So far so good

Staying here for almost 8 nights really made us really feel like home. This hotel located around 350 m from Hanazonocho metro station which is really convenient to travel around osaka. Before this trip we're so confused with train lines in Osaka and actually looked for a stay at busy districts like Namba or Umeda. But FYI, travel through these big station really caused me pain. Just walking in the station from one line to another line during tranfer can be more than 200 m. At Hanazonocho there r 2 supermarkets. We really like Izumiya. Also, u can find many reastaruant around. I really recommend their breakfast sets. To Tengachaya, it is around 500 m but u can take direct train from Kanzai airport. Believe me you won't wanna get any transfer for ur last train to airport. We're the group of 3 and this room was spacious for us. We cooked and washed our clothes. All necessary facilities for the stay were provided. Just one point, staying in higher floor might be better so that u can see the view. As for the noise, we had no problem at all cause our room is not facing the railway. It's really worth staying at this hotel. 👍

The room is quite spacious and within walking distance to the train stations. Prefer higher floor for better city view and safer.

A fairly spacious Japanese-style hotel room. The beds are big, and the bathroom is spacious — especially for a Japanese hotel. There's a washing machine, a small kitchen, and even detergent provided. Plus, a balcony with hangers to dry your clothes after washing. The location is great — close to the metro, USJ, and pretty much anywhere you want to go. A solid 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay again if given the chance.
