Cosy environment in the reception. Staff is mostly kind with great service. Not a lot of hot dish for the breakfast buffet but the food is nice overall.

It's great. The breakfast is super delicious, especially the lettuce. The price was very cheap and I didn't expect much. But it turned out that this hotel was my favorite during the whole trip. It's very unforgettable. I'll stay there again if I have the chance! Recommended

Very close to the train station, very convenient

The room is spacious and bright, with simple and modern decoration, full of Nordic design style. The beds are comfortable and the sheets and towels are very clean, ensuring a good sleep experience. I particularly like the large windows in the room, which offer beautiful views of the city.

The service is extremely poor, and the front desk staff is very poor. I had booked a room for July 24 and 25 on Ctrip. On the day of check-in on the 24th, my son made another reservation on the official website for the 25th. I immediately went to the front desk to find the staff to deal with the problem. The reply I got was that the cancellation could not be processed at night and asked us to go to the front desk at 9 am on the 25th to deal with it. We went to the front desk on time at 9 am on the 25th to handle the cancellation procedures. I repeatedly asked the staff whether the cancellation had been made and got a confirmation reply, but my credit card had been deducted on the evening of the 25th. On the morning of the 26th, we went to the front desk to ask for the matter to be handled, but the front desk staff said that they could not cancel the order at all until the hotel manager came out to deal with it and sent us away hastily. Hilton Hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
