"The hotel in orbost town on the side of A1 road is a little rustic. The location is not easy to find, mainly because the sign at the entrance of the hotel is placed in the bushes, so people can't find it. The service is good. I am worried that we will arrive late, so I have opened the room to ventilate. You can eat in the town across the road, with Chinese food and fast food, and you can buy supermarkets. Stay here overnight and fill up with gasoline tomorrow morning, because there are gas stations and hot food for sale about two hours' drive to NSW."

"Absolutely rubbish place don’t book. Freezing cold, heater doesn’t work. When try to contact staff, they ignore you, and pretend don’t hear any of your requests. Don’t go to this place, service is horrible."

"Cosy location away from the main road but not too far to be able to walk to the pub, rooms are lovely and clean tidy, bed was very comfortable , woke up to kangaroos at the front, cockatoos, maggies and galahs singing- a beautiful part of the world. Highly recommend this motel"

"Clean and tidy place. We arrived late and tried to contact the place to inform them but response was not instant (our fault for informing late also). Otherwise, place is comfortable for a night’s stay before continuing the road trip. Thank you."

"The room was clean and modern and seemed recently renovated. Bed was firm but comforatble, however in the morning we both had cold showers at 7:30am as there was no hot water. Given you pay for a room and shower we felt this was not ok. When we mentioned it to the owner she simply said sorry for the inconvenience. It was Christmas week so they were fully booked and I don't think they have water supply for a full house. If you expect a warm shower for the price you pay don't stay here."
