Excellent Resort, away from the city rush. The rooms and Bathrooms are clean, Jaya ji at the reception was always helpful. Overall we had a 3 night pleasant stay, with a beautiful view.

Excellent stay and service

Beautiful resort with nice staff Everything is so nice here that you will not go outside the resort. Front office staff is very helpful Restaurant staff is wonderful, especially phamman and nungmei and chantra sir. Best place in ooty. Valley view rooms are the best.

Big property. Lot of greenery. It's not 5-star property. Opted valley view 1 BR configuration. View was awesome from the balcony of the room. Keep your expectations low. Bathroom are very small. Geyser takes 25-30 mins to heat the water. As per the hotel staff, central geysers are not allowed but they can use big geysers. Food was average. Approaching road to hotel specially last 500mts is very narrow. We stuck for almost 30-40 mins. Room price fluctuates around 4k from base price. Plan to book the hotel in advance and if possible then opt with Breakfast & dinner. Ooty city is around 30-40 mins away from the hotel. I will review about the restaurants in Ooty separately. Overall stay was good. Feedback to the hotel: Please improve your service to guests. We were not offered welcome drink. Kettle in the room was very dirty. No towels in bathroom. Though it was provided on request. No discount on F&B. If you're booking from third party app and if they mention in description then make sure to get it printed on the voucher. Operation & restaurant Manager won't even tell you that it's ok we will give you (for e.g 10-15%) discount on F&B. It's ok if it's not mentioned. I have shown them that discount is mentioned on their website during booking but on the voucher it was not mentioned. Anyways i did not stressed too much on this. Discovery centre..a very good experience for my kid. She loved painting on glass with help of Navya who really encouraged my daughter with her love and kindness. We enjoyed with kids and had lots of fun with friends and family. Thankyou so much team

Wonderful resort , clean spacious rooms . Excellent location and view . You don’t want to move away from resort . Just be there and enjoy the weather. Very good and hospitable staff. I visited for 3 birthday in a span of 4 days in my family and must say overwhelmed with the staff help and hospitality , wonderful location . Would like to visit anytime I have a plan for Ooty.

Excellent location. Superb service. Delicious food and helpful staff. Fully enjoyed 3 nights stay at Fern. Taken care of every need of us. Specially girls working in dining hall and reception are very helpful in serving and explaining. Great experience
