"This is a very decent hotel. We arrived early in the morning and were able to check in after paying an extra $20. We got a studio room with a mini-kitchen, which had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the mattress and pillows were in excellent condition. It was very clean. The breakfast was delicious: porridge, omelets, eggs, bacon, fruit, nuts, honey, and yogurt. Overall, you definitely won't go hungry. And the best part is the location! It's right in the city center, with everything within walking distance."

"Excellent location, 15 minutes from the airport, traditional and classical, can feel the culture. Five steps away, adjacent to Berkshire Hathaway, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the smell of money is flowing. The service attitude of the hotel is very good, but the response is slow, as old as the hotel. 1) Two days of special sleep wake-up service, no early, delay the trip; 2) breakfast meal for more than 20 minutes, the first day can not wait to eat, the next day need to want to return breakfast in advance to catch the early flight, the hotel does not give back is also a pity!"

"I have contacted Mike the manager at Omaha. about this issue. I am expecting a call back. I left after one night although I was booked for two nights. When I called from the airport I was not warned about the construction. My Uber driver and I drove around for 10 minutes trying to even get to the hotel. But that was just the beginning of extremely poor service. There were five very basic amenities that were not available to me and I will share about them when Mike calls me."

"The room sofa was filthy and had to cover with a sheet for guests to set on. Stains on wall. Curtains had filth on them. Repairs needed in room. The toilet tipped every time set upon. Hallways needed some repair and fleshing up. If we weren’t desperate for a room we would have asked for a refund and left. Will not recommend or stay again. The breakfast was waffles and cold cereal. The host tried to accommodate us the best he could when we needed the sheet and more towels. The elevator and baggage cart worked well."

"Place is definitely overpriced for what it is. They seem to oversell the "Retro" aspect, it's actually a bit run down and if I'm honest feels a bit *******. Located in the desolate area of downtown Omaha, lots of sketchy roamers and didn't feel super safe. Not handicap accessible. Gym is located in the basement with very little lighting and no security cams. Breakfast was good. Money would be better spent elsewhere."

"It was only a few days lapsed after the the free cancellation period. We appealed for a 50% refund but was denied. Very disappointed with the Hotel Management . The registration to attend the AGM Berkshire failed, thus causing us to cancel the trip. The appeal for cancellation was 3 weeks before the actual booking date. Will never book the same hotel again for the next trip to Berkshire AGM in 2025."

"Parking garage is very hot, never cools down. Your vehicle will be 90 degrees in the morning. Shower water pressure was terrible. Nobody available to fix the shower head or see what the issue was."
