"Excellent hotel. It is excellent location. Service staff note 10. The swimming pools are just incredible, so I came to Acapulco as I felt as the Key episode. The swimming pools are warm, it has a charming landscape and several children's toys. You have to go right, you have to go. The hotel's seat is perfect. The room is very large and cozy. It has a 24-hour parking. Breakfast buffet is sensational, every day a different food, and well-tasteful, with delicious meals. Besides this, you still have a catraca with direct access to the Thermas of the Oranges park, everything super well organized, you can even go to the park and return to lunch at the hotel, well practice."

"The hotel has a good structure. The strong points are the great hot water pools and the restaurant. The pools are very nice and are open until 22h. The restaurant offers a great breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff are very careful and educated. The weak points are lifts and the transfer to the aquatic park. Lifts are only 2 and appear not to have smart system, causing a shock in the hours of greater movements. The transfer is a urban bus. If you need to wait for him in the park, you will stay at the time (in the sun). Sometimes it may be better to take the car off the parking."
