Environment: Close to the train station, you can walk to the hotel in 10 minutes with your suitcase"

"The breakfast was delicious, and the quality wasn't bad; in fact, it was quite good! I booked a room with two separate single beds, and perhaps because of that, I was assigned an old-fashioned room. Since it had carpeted floors, the room smelled generally musty and damp, along with the strong scent of an old wooden wardrobe. There was no air conditioning either. Around checkout, I briefly saw another room being cleaned, and the room with a single double bed was set up in a modern style. However, it was great that there were plenty of parking spaces. I didn't have time to visit the swimming pool facilities. There is no sauna."

"I stayed two days and liked it, so I extended my stay and changed rooms. It turned out to be a nightmare. Facilities: Upon entering the room, I discovered the bathroom light was broken. I notified the front desk, but it still hadn't been fixed until after I checked out. Such inefficiency! Service: The day before check-out, I put some personal belongings, such as clothes, pants, and medication, into two plastic bags. The bags happened to be on top of a trash can, and the cleaning lady probably mistook them for trash and threw them away. But think about it, why would someone treat plastic bags as trash if they contained personal belongings? I reported it to the front desk staff, but they didn't seem to care. I told them I'd give them a bad review if they didn't address it, but they didn't care. This was a very poor service attitude. Environment: Because the hotel is in the city center, it can be quite noisy at night."

"We went on a city trip in May. The hotel was a bit older, but only from the outside. The rooms were new, very friendly, and clean. There was plenty of free parking right outside. Refrigerators for drinks, including Coke, Fanta, water, and beer, were available on every floor, and the service charge was included in the room rate, so you could help yourself. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, with a bit of everything. Ideal for a city break, about a 15-minute walk along the old harbor; highly recommended."
