"The rooms are quite new and modern. Lots of exposed concrete, especially on the ceilings, creating a cool, modern design. This hotel would be a good choice for a stay in Oldenburg. What's completely unacceptable, however, is the constant use of informal address by the staff (who aren't even 30 years old) with guests (in my case, over 60). This is inappropriate and disrespectful. Even in English-speaking countries, this doesn't happen. You can also observe a lot of private conversations among the staff, even though there's plenty to be done at the tables. Overall, there seems to be too much sloppiness among the service team."

"Simply terrible. While the rooms are relatively clean, the mattresses are incredibly uncomfortable and the rooms are so thinly soundproof that I couldn't sleep a wink. Not only the parking lot and the street across the street, but also all the other noises from the other rooms are incredibly loud. A couple next door were having a great time that night, which I was able to hear practically "live." I had an important meeting the next day, which didn't go well due to the sleepless night. The reception, which isn't on-site at night, wasn't interested either."

"A hotel that is a little demodate to the first contact, but a great surprise. The reception is aware, careful. Arrived early, a cappuccino offers time to prepare the room. The room is nickel, just as the bathroom. A special effort on lights and their control, electrical components, a beautiful TV: real investment. I ended with a varied and copied breakfast, with, the more, the preventive service, all for €11. The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a good hotel."

"I stayed two days and liked it, so I extended my stay and changed rooms. It turned out to be a nightmare. Facilities: Upon entering the room, I discovered the bathroom light was broken. I notified the front desk, but it still hadn't been fixed until after I checked out. Such inefficiency! Service: The day before check-out, I put some personal belongings, such as clothes, pants, and medication, into two plastic bags. The bags happened to be on top of a trash can, and the cleaning lady probably mistook them for trash and threw them away. But think about it, why would someone treat plastic bags as trash if they contained personal belongings? I reported it to the front desk staff, but they didn't seem to care. I told them I'd give them a bad review if they didn't address it, but they didn't care. This was a very poor service attitude. Environment: Because the hotel is in the city center, it can be quite noisy at night."

"We were to a beep there. The room was large, light and functional, but before the dinner was so sounded by a DJ that you couldn't have a conversation, but then it was fixed. The soup came to the table and was unfortunately a bit thin and also limited. The food from the buffet was gently said a freshness: For vegetarians there was a cooked vegetable curry that doesn't taste Curry, and rice. You had to stand in front of the slate to enjoy the full range of food offered. Our companions were not tired. Nighty was away faster than you could look. After all, the boys from the service were super good on their feet, praise for it! The drinks were good, they probably covered a large part of the Euro ticket price (incl. All you can drink) because it cannot be located at the food ..."
