Ryokan Hakusuiso
"Last year I visited with my father, and this year I came to Baeksujang with my daughter. The interior is old, but it has a unique old Japanese smell. The meals were prepared with care as packed lunches, and the hot springs were especially great. The water was really great. I plan to come again next year."
Tsuetate Onsen Hotel Hizenya
"The open-air hot spring in this hotel requires a three-minute shuttle bus ride. It has five hot spring pools, great hot springs, and delicious meals, but the service staff will not help deliver luggage to the room."

"I was absolutely blown away by everything about this restaurant! I chose this place for the Carp Streamer Festival. The food, hygiene, and service were all perfect. I could especially feel the care put into the food and the exceptional service 💕 I will definitely come again! Thank you, Ms. Xie, for your hospitality."

"A family-run hot spring hotel, parking, remote location to drive to choose, hot spring is possible, but the room is a bit old, the bed smells musty, and no meals are provided, need to drive to nearby restaurants to eat and drink, he has self-service The hell steam can take food to steam cooked to eat and a taste."
Izumiya
"The hot spring guest house is close to the bus stop, very convenient to pull the suitcase, and looking out the window d already see the carp flag festival The hotel is hygienic and clean, breakfast and dinner are very rich, hot spring facilities men's soup and women's soup will be exchanged morning and evening."
Hourei-No-Yado
"What to do when it rains? Of course, book a private onsen with a view of nature! It is absolutely fantastic. A little secluded, covered and with brilliant blue water. View of the greenery. We enjoyed it very much! You don't have to be a hotel guest to use the onsen."
Kaneishi Ryokan
"Fantastic! The most comfortable night ever. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with its own wooden tub for soaking in the hot spring. You could enjoy it at your preferred temperature. They also provided tea and capsule coffee. Highly recommend it!"
Yamakawazenzo
"The service staff were very friendly. They greeted us at the main entrance when we arrived by car, helped us pick up our luggage, led us into the restaurant to dine, and introduced us to various ingredients and cooking methods one by one. The cooking method for dinner is very special. A fire is built on the sand and grilled. The taste is very unique. After the meal, he led us to the room and explained everything one by one, very professional. The location is relatively remote, but it can also be regarded as a unique feature. The hotel has a public bath, but we didn't go because there was a private bath in the room and the water temperature was very comfortable. Compared with other high-priced brand hotels, the price/performance ratio is really first-class, but the location is indeed relatively remote."

"The value is 👍 I especially recommend Cheongong-i-tang for a new experience. The only downside is that moving around the room is a bit inconvenient, and if someone ahead of you is already using the hot spring you want, you'll either have to wait or go to another one. If the timing isn't right, you can't wait at the door, which can be a bit annoying... There's no intervention from staff, and there's no need to worry about the guests' squabbles. Fortunately, we only stayed in the shared room, so we had a relatively private stay. Out of the dozen or so ryokans I've stayed at in Kyushu, this one ranks in the top three overall. If the price is right, I highly recommend it!! Grab it! However, the room layout isn't that great... The cleanliness and bedding... I personally didn't find it bad. And the food wasn't exactly delicious or special, but they prepared it with great care, and while the explanations weren't polished, they even spoke in Korean, such as wild boar and rabbit caught in the mountains. The slightly red-faced female employee was warm and friendly. The ingredients were a bit shocking: wild boar, deer, hare, duck... she's a total enthusiast. I saw three staff members. The red-faced female employee walked us to the parking lot barefoot, helped us with our luggage, and even stood there until we were out of sight when we left. The elderly lady employee was unusually direct for a Japanese person... she seemed a bit angry... but she had a cute side. The old man employee? The owner? He seemed like a rascal, just responding and doing his own thing, avoiding eye contact. Anyway, it seems like a step toward the essence of Japanese hot springs. It might not be a perfect ryokan, but it'll be a precious ryokan for some. ^^"
