When we arrived at the site, we needed an extra bed, but the front desk said no. We had to communicate through Ctrip and waited for almost an hour. Large Grand Hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds and chairs to sit on. Buffet restaurant had plenty to choose from but very busy and noisy during the dinner sessions - hard to talk and have conversations. Very friendly wait staff, Kaveesha looked after us so well.

Lovely big hotel. Modernised and feels like a wooden lodge with touches of exotic. Staff really welcoming and nice. Restaurant more of a canteen but good food and lots of choices. Room large with everything needed except a fridge. Great shower and very clean. Good bar almost edging on sports bar cricket on all night. Wished we could have stayed another night as things we did not get to do as in a great position
