Luxurious 5* hotel with great amenities and spa. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay in nusa dua and the hotel's restaurants are also delicious.

Overall, the hotel was very nice, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We spent most of our time at the hotel, so the location didn't really bother us. The room was nice and clean, but the bathroom wasn’t very kid or elderly-friendly because it was very slippery. The toys in the kids' room were pretty old, with very limited choices, which wasn’t enough to keep the kids entertained for an hour. I suggest adding more toy options for kids. As a family hotel, I’d also recommend including more amenities, such as anti-slip mats in the bathroom and shower areas and tv programs!

We took the half board package with breakfast and lunch/dinner and it suited our needs. Good service and we enjoyed our stay. Wish we'd booked for a longer one! :)

Big and nice hotel. And the staff all very helpfull and very kind

Service is fantastic. Beach view is beautiful while on high tide. Good sunrise view too. A lot of sea sports at the beach and can book surfing lessons and surfing instructor would come pick you up to the nearby beach for training.

a really nice family hotel, breakfast is really amazing (don't miss the breakfast). The overall atmosphere of the hotel is really nice and relaxing.

Excellent stay once again. However the resort is pretty full and sometimes when you need to request items , the staff can be overwhelmed with request and will take quite a well . A lot of activities at the hotel during the peak period . Will visit again in oct

Everything is okay however the sauna and steam room is not available to hotel guest except for suite guest

Loved their service staff, they really service from the heart. Always putting on a genuine smile. Location is quite secluded. Not much place to shop too. Only negative I want to comment is their cleanliness as I found a diaper behind the dustbin when I checked in. There were so many weddings going on during those days when I stayed. Interesting to see and they have a nice chapel too. Their breakfast buffet is good. I love their mango yogurt. We also had complimentary photo taking

It’s a beautiful hotel at the beach. Everything is as described and well presented with comfort and style. We enjoyed everything, especially the variety of breakfast buffet and twice room cleaning service. The towels, beds are of top quality!

Wonderful service and delicious breakfast, just the photo package is a bit pricely. Love the aqua areobics but so disappointed about the cancellation of TaiChi session. They should have notified earlier about the cancellation to avoid customers waking up early for nothing.
