A truly disappointing experience. To begin with, before our trip, Ctrip (my booking platform) advised me to contact the property owner. I sent two emails but received no response. Just before departure, I found out through Ctrip's merchant info that I needed to add them on WhatsApp to get the padlock code. This was incredibly inconvenient as WhatsApp is difficult, if not impossible, to register or use with a Chinese phone number. While I respect different communication preferences, we had to figure it out ourselves. On check-in day, we arrived around 6 PM, only to be informed that the front desk was closed and we would need to retrieve our key card from a parcel locker. We accepted this. Upon arriving at the complex, our party of six, including two children and three large suitcases, was stopped by security. We were asked to register our check-in details and provide passport copies, which we understood and complied with, given security concerns. After all that, we were informed that our driver couldn't enter the complex and we had to alight at the main gate and walk to the building. We tried to be accommodating, but with the building located at the front of the complex, near the entrance, navigating a steep slope and stairs with two children and three suitcases was incredibly inconvenient. Upon entering the room, we were taken aback. The decor was very old-fashioned, and the walls were yellowed. We tried to rationalize it, thinking, 'For this price, we'll just deal with it.' However, on the second day, when we politely requested the front desk to empty the trash bins and provide a basic bathroom clean, our request was met with an outright REFUSAL! It was only after we firmly insisted that they reluctantly agreed. Overall, we didn't spend much time in the room, largely because we simply didn't want to. To top it off, the air conditioning was very noisy when we tried to sleep. The entire building also appeared mostly vacant. Later, a taxi driver mentioned that this area is primarily comprised of hotel-style apartments that are sublet, but there isn't actually a high volume of tourists. For families traveling with children, I strongly recommend booking a proper hotel instead.

Very good hospitality

It used to be one of the family fav stay place but the maintenance of the place is getting bad, there was a smell in the apartment, leftover clothes from previous family was found. Swimming pool was not clean. Disappointed.

The Elysia Suites is a convenient, practical, and affordable choice, especially for families or groups visiting attractions like Legoland Malaysia. The accommodations are comfortable, and the self-check-in process is straightforward, even for late arrivals. While there is room for minor improvements, it provides a pleasant and well-suited base for exploring Johor.

We stayed for 2 nights . When we received the keys to our unit , upon entering the doors had holes , the unit stunk of mould . We were then given another unit , the air con was not working . We went back down to reception with our kids explaining how terrible the units are and unsafe for our kids with asthma . The last at reception was extremely kind who then went to check out another 2 units and then finally we were given a better unit . This unit , the toilet seat was broken , the shower door was missing and the sofas has stain . Plus the iron Which was a cheap iron and it wouldn’t warm up . The only good thing was this unit was walking distance to Legoland and the customer team helped wherever the could . Definitely not recommended for families .

The environment is pleasant, and the rooms are well-appointed and comfortable.

It is a location wise since we are opt to legoland. The price as well is good since we are group with kids.

Easy check in & check out, the facilities mostly in good condition. Tried the drier but its not working. The wifi is slow, can’t connect it to tv hence no netflix 😰

Recently stayed with my family. I chooses this place because it’s nearby Legoland.

Its near legoland. Walkable distance, 15 mins walk. Service was good. But the room condition & amenities was not really good. There was neighbor partying as well during my stay. But overall, within the budget & location. It was ok! :)

location a bit far walking to legoland 15 mins if running can't walk walking distance in a wild field... cleanness ok 3 star apt service not that bad considering the price
