The room is large with a wide view of the distant mountains, nearby water and the central square. Very cost-effective.

Good location, spacious and bright room.

The location is really central. Downstairs is Piazza Milano I, connecting Niš Castle and the pedestrian street! All attractions are within walking distance. The key is that there are two Chinese restaurants on the pedestrian street, which can be reached in 5-8 minutes on foot! Downstairs is H&M, which has a wide variety of products. The selection of European products is different from that in China! Rich breakfast and warm service👍

The rooms were generous in size. The beds were spacious and comfortable, and the shower was strong. Also, the breakfast was the best breakfast I had all week - a good selection including perfectly cooked fried eggs. However, many of the surfaces we touched gave us static electric shock. This included the buttons on the lift, the door to our room and any other metal surface in the hotel. This is something the hotel needs to address as it is not pleasant to experience.

We planned to stay one night but extended our stay. Huge room with huge tv and a 2m wide bed that slept two adults and a toddler super comfortable.nice gym great sauna and lovely massage. The breakfast was really not the best. Limited options and not the best quality products- far from what a 5 star hotel should be but the rest makes out for it!

Hotel is on best location in city centre, reception staff are very professional, gave us a free room upgrade on arrival...Hotel is spotless clean, bed was super comfortable and breakfast was excellent...Need I say more? Would definitely recommend

Fantastic central location in the heart of the city... The rooms are very large and beautifully furnished.... Seems the hotel was very recently renovated and even their standard rooms are very nice. The breakfast was also acceptable (generally not the case in Balkans) All this at a very reasonable price....

Probably the best hotel in town, located on the central square. Unfortunately, several buildings on this square are in need of urgent renovations. Excellent service at the reception, nice spacious room with a view of the central square and the Nisava River. On the other hand, unless you like loud music, the restaurant-bar in the hotel is not for you. Also note that there is no non-smoking section. So we had to choose a restaurant in the city. Serbian breakfast buffet does not suit our North American taste. Fortunately it is possible to order custom made omelettes. Paid outdoor parking is cramped and doesn't offer very many parking spaces.

Very far from a 5 star hotel! I requested to see a room for a future trip with a group of ladies (I work for a tour operator) and was rudely told no. I have NEVER heard of not being shown a room upon request. Makes me wonder in what state the rooms are actually in? Locals in the town all laughed when I told them about the denial to show me the hotel, they all said it was actually 3 star quality. I write to tell management what had happened, and no response. Low level behavior, I doubt the staff knows what a real 5 star hotel is like.

I am in the hospitality business over twenty years and i must admit that this establishment is one of the best i have ever been!! My wife and I came from Greece for a couple of days and we were more than satisfied! The hotel was spot-on but the staff are those who give soul to the hotel! The staff was friendly and especially the night shift from the restaurant -bar!! Thank you all and see you soon!P.s try the negroni cocktail.. !

A superb five-star hotel in the ultra-central area of the city. Perfect services, kind and friendly staff, modern, spacious and very clean rooms, fabulous breakfast, free and permanently supervised parking. I recommend this superb hotel.

We booked for 3 persons. When we arrived at the recepcion the woman was very friendly, she helped us everything. We went to the room but it’s onoy ready for 2 person, we tell she and her colleague came in about 1 minute. The breakfast was excellent we don’t miss anything. I really recommend this hotel.

we reached Nis by sunset and it was recommended by a local as a good hotel. An ugly glass clad structure but the 1505 suite at an offer was of revolving floor status. Twilight observed, breakfast was ok but the wifi connection erratic. Young ladies at and the the reception most helpful. Garage facility enclosed.
