"This stay at Mando Hotel was originally good. I hadn't checked out yet, but the cleaning staff opened the door and came in without knocking. Then they asked me whether I was checking out or extending my stay. This shouldn't be done. The room attendant should just go into the room and ask. When I checked out, I said ”check out” at the front desk. A woman at the front desk said ”just leave it here”. Mando Hotel can strengthen its staff training so that it won't be like a high-end hotel, but just like a small guesthouse."

"Very dissatisfied, I can't find anyone to check in at 9 o'clock in the evening. It takes a long time to get to the front desk. It is dark. There is no reception. There is a super high ridge at the door. All luggage and the like have to be carried by yourself.
The most ridiculous thing is breakfast. I don’t know where to buy two plastic bags of buns and inferior soy milk. I don’t even have an egg. I let myself take it back to the hotel to eat.
The whole hotel saw a staff who ignored it from check-in to departure. It felt like it was going to close down immediately. It was really an eye-opener to sell more than 300 nights."

"Seeing that there is a bad evaluation, I have a try attitude, but I didn’t expect that the actual hotel was better than the net map. The parking lot was large, the room was large, bright and clean. Check in at the front desk to call to ask about the check-in time, and turn on the air conditioner in advance. The room is very cool, The front desk lady is very good.
