"It was my first time to come to Tongcheng Hot Springs and I felt very comfortable staying here. I have been to so many hot spring hotels and still think this one is really great. The best thing here is that the service level is really considerate and comparable to that of peers. This time, my friend was not feeling well, and Xiao Wen at the front desk helped prepare brown sugar ginger water and delivered it directly to our room. I was very hungry after taking a hot spring bath at night, so the takeaway I ordered was delivered to my room. We were helped with our luggage during check-in and check-out, and we were asked if we needed a late check-out. The whole stay experience was really good. The hotel breakfast is also good, with a wide variety, especially the rice noodles are delicious. Although the room is decorated in a retro style, the bed is big and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the hot spring, on the first floor of the building where we live, so it's no problem even if the weather is cold. We will definitely stay here next time we visit!"

"The clean and hygienic floor upon entering was very comfortable. The lighting in the hotel room and hallway was also soft, neither too bright nor too dark. The bathroom in the room had a separate wet and dry area, which deserves high praise! The bed was of medium firmness, and the comforter was soft and comfortable. Finally, the room was well soundproofed and very quiet! It's a great place to stay for business trips or tourism. I also found out there are quite a few attractions nearby."

"The lobby manager was enthusiastic and took the initiative to add WeChat to facilitate problem solving. The welcome fruit was so small that two people had to discuss who would eat bananas and who would eat cucumbers. The room design and facilities are really high-end, but there may not be any guests staying there yet, so there are some small facility problems, and it seems that they have not been carefully inspected. For example, when I was getting ready to go to bed at night, I found that the bedside background light could not be turned off, which alarmed the two managers. They kept apologizing and asked me to change rooms. Considering that the luggage was completely scattered, I just needed to turn off the light before going to bed. I really didn't want to bother. In the end, it was the electrician who handled it. A cute gift was also given as an apology when I checked out. The breakfast was quite rich and there were not many people. It's a pity that such a large hotel cannot provide full meals, but it's still cute to have a small robot help deliver takeout to the room."

"I searched for many hotels and compared many hotels. I have also stayed in other hotels in Ningxiang. I personally like the room with carpet, and then quiet and don't hear the footsteps in the corridor. After I checked in, this store did not step on my thunder point. Special treasure! This stay completely exceeded expectations, the hotel is in a good location and convenient to travel. The rooms are spacious and bright, cleaned spotlessly, the bedding is comfortable, and the sound insulation is very good. From check-in to check-out, the staff fairy and the little brother are warm and courteous, especially intimate, and the communication is particularly smooth. Responsive, full of details, small fruit to the room, worth five-star recommendation! The overall experience is excellent, the facilities are complete, the environment is clean and elegant, and the service is professional and intimate. Quiet and comfortable, good sleep quality, a cost-effective family at the same price. Great!"

"️ We booked a single-machine bed. The hotel arrived at the store at night. The hotel specially upgraded us to a double-machine bed for audio and video. We were shocked as soon as we entered the door. The computer configuration is very top (RTX5060 graphics card), the display is high-swipe, playing ”Valorant” and ”Never Stop” can not drop the frame at all, and the skills and special effects are fully opened and super smooth. The peripherals are mechanical keyboards and professional e-sports mouse, and the feel is great, and you don't need to bring your own equipment at all. If you have other needs, you can also rent peripherals ev63 and bees and dogs 2 can be used, and the price is cheap."

"This is my fourth time to Huitang Occupational Therapy Hot Spring Hotel, because the first impression is very good, the waiters are very enthusiastic and patient, what I value most is the sanitary environment, the room is very comfortable and cozy, the bed is very comfortable, the children sleep well at night, the children and my family love to take a hot spring bath, sleep well and have fun is a quality and enjoyable weekend.
