Hotels in Ningbo Railway Station/South Bus Station, Ningbo

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

I went to Putuo with my friends to pray for blessings. When I came back, I stayed in Ningbo for one night. I chose Tianyi Plaza, which was recommended by everyone. There are many hotels in the surrounding area. I saw this newly opened hotel and decided to try it out. The result was very surprising. Environment: Everything is very new, and the decoration in both the lobby and the rooms is of high quality. There is also an exclusive executive lounge in the lobby. Facilities: The room is fully equipped, including coffee, sleep aid tea, sleep aid aromatherapy... toiletries are also good, there is a gym and laundry room on the second floor, and every detail is considered. The breakfast in the room at this price is also excellent. I especially remember their health tea... Service: The staff were all very nice. They immediately brought hot tea to the hotel when we checked in. When we checked out, they also brought us two bottles of mineral water to drink on the road, because it was still warm in winter. But we were in a hurry to catch the flight and didn't take it. A very satisfying stay. The only drawback is that the smart device is not very smart and I can't even turn off the lights. I don't know if I didn't operate it correctly. But overall the price/performance ratio is very high and highly recommended…

The hotel's location is really good. You can see Ningbo Station from the window, and across from it is Yuehu Lake. The scenery is unique here. I had diarrhea that day, and the late-night porridge for two arrived super timely. I drank two bowls of hot porridge. There is no need to insert a room card in the room, it is all inductive. The front desk staff is also very friendly. I recommend it to friends who go to Ningbo.

😃This stay at Atour Hotel really brought me many surprises. 🛏️The room is very warm and exquisite. The bedding is super comfortable, the soft mattress and the clean and tidy quilt make me sleep well all night, just like at home. 🧼The hotel's hygiene is impeccable. Both the room and the public area are spotless. The bathroom is clean and bright, without any odor, which is really a plus. 👩💼The attitude of the service staff is also very enthusiastic. In short, Atour Hotel performs well in all aspects. I recently stayed at Nanyuan Hotel during my visit to Ningbo, and I must say, I was impressed. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathtub to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a complementary bowl of fruits on arrival, which was a nice touch. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, even offering complementary yogurt during my stay. The breakfast spread was good, although I would have preferred more western food options. Unfortunately, when I visited, they had run out of fried bacon. However, this did not detract from the overall experience. I also appreciated the option of a late check-out, which allowed me to leave after 1 PM. Overall, I would recommend Nanyuan Hotel to anyone visiting Ningbo. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and the complementary extras were a nice touch. I would definitely consider staying here again, provided the price is right. Apologies about my photos, I remembered to take them only when I was a bout to check out.

Located about 1km from the High-Speed Rail Station, the hotel was strategically and conveniently located next to the river where I could go for a short morning run. Rooms were clean and well furnished, with all the amenities that any traveller would need.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. When I stayed at it for the first time, the room environment was pretty good, and there were 66 warm services. The front desk service was also very good, which is something that the hotel cannot do. I am satisfied and give it a thumbs up.

The transportation is very convenient. The hotel is just outside Exit C of Metro Line 2. You don't need to hold an umbrella on rainy days. It is very close to the high-speed rail station and the airport subway. It is easy to reach the popular attractions Tianyi Pavilion, Yuehu Park, or go shopping in the bustling commercial center. There are also various food shops around, and it is very convenient to have supper. For a foodie like me, it is simply a paradise. Walking into the hotel lobby, the live guzheng performance and the grand lobby are amazing. The new Chinese style, the lobby is a building-in-building pattern, and the gate is actually another Chinese courtyard. On the left is the Wangong sedan chair, and on the right is the Jiangnan Wupeng boat. The lobby bar cleverly incorporates some local cultural elements of Ningbo. The lobby is spacious and bright, the sofas in the lounge area are comfortable and soft, and when checking in, the staff are warm and thoughtful, which instantly made me feel at home. The room is of suitable size, with reasonable visual effects and layout. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and you can sleep well all night. The facilities in the room are all available, including HD TV, free wireless network, etc. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, with a smart toilet and smart curtains. The toiletries are of high quality and exude a light fragrance, allowing people to enjoy a relaxing moment while bathing. The hotel's restaurant also left a deep impression. The breakfast is very rich, combining Chinese and Western styles, with yellow croaker, prawns, fresh fruits, yogurt, and bread. Each dish is made with great care and tastes very good; for dinner, you can order your own dishes, the ingredients are fresh through the bones, and the authentic Ningbo flavor is delicious!

Pet-friendly, there is a place to store large dogs and dogs that like to bark. The room is fully equipped, clean and hygienic, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the shower has sufficient water flow, and the bedding is also very good. The service at the front desk is professional and the attitude is very good. They greet each other every time they pass by, which is very good. Free breakfast for two people is given, and the food is also good. The hotel has a separate free parking lot and charging piles. The surrounding environment is good, there is a long green area by the river, and it is very convenient to eat and shop nearby. You can get to the hotel quickly after getting off the highway.
