Everything's very good! The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is very delicious and you can get free ice cream, popcorn, and tea whenever you want. The staffs are so kind and welcoming, although our Chinese is not that good, they tried hard to communicate with us.

Great hotel. I visit Ningbo very often. I stayed at this hotel several times. I try to book a room with a balcony. Cleaning every day, very friendly staff, there is breakfast, there is laundry and a small gym. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, very close to the train station. Not far from the hotel there is a central square where various shops and restaurants are located. Very close to the historical quarter in the colonial style. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

A+++! It was a wonderful stay at this hotel we were only in Ningbo for two nights but its location made it easier for us to get around quickly without wasting too much time. What really stood out with the service. The staff was always very helpful to answer question and assist us when we needed. We had issues understanding our taxi driver and they immediately stepped in to talk with the taxi driver on our behalf. Will surely stay here again.

The hotel is nice and room are spacious. The location is fine too. Breakfast is more Chinese stile oriented but there is a coffee machine and the coffee is fine. The only issue I had are bites all over my feet and legs by insects. I think it is due to the carpet floor both in the rooms and on each floor corridor.

Hotel is clean. The room is spacious. Front desk is friendly. The staffs greets you when you comes and goes. Price is decent since I'm paying USD. A little more compared in the area. The hotel shows it's age, including the rooms. I booked the King Bed room at around $100 USD a night. But I like it when they give you 4 pillows and 2 are memory foam pillows which I love. Unlimited bottle waters, they are placed everywhere in the hotel for you to grab. The breakfast has a wide variety. If you didn't book breakfast a day ahead it's 100RMB. If you tell them a day ahead that you'll be getting breakfast the next day, it's 50RMB per person. As I recall it was $13 more when I book my room with 2 breakfasts. I would stay here again.

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

Room is small, location is excellent. 100 inch projection is amazing. It is like sleeping in a movie theater, we watched 3 movies for 6 hours. Definitely would stay here again.

Especially the housekeeper Xiao Jin, who not only helped with the luggage and guided the room throughout the whole process, but also provided online services at any time during the period, which was very thoughtful. Luxury art travel photography for 45 minutes: Travel photography teacher Liu Xia was very patient in helping the children take pictures, and the experience was very good.

During the Spring Festival holiday, I traveled with my family and chose the Howard Johnson Hotel Ningbo Dongqian Lake. The environment is beautiful, the air is fresh, and the rooms are spacious with private pools. This time, the personal butler Xiao Luo was particularly warm and thoughtful. He helped us solve the problem of rooms close to our family, recommended surrounding attractions to us, and provided attentive service every day. The hotel is located on the shore of Dongqian Lake in Ningbo, with many attractions. If you are tired of playing, you can go back to the hotel to soak in the Erlingshan Hot Spring. During the Spring Festival, the hotel's catering, hot springs, guest rooms and other services are very enthusiastic ❤️This check-in experience is very good, and I will come again next time when I have time!

The downstairs is quiet and convenient, and the hotel's hardware and software facilities are comfortable. The only thing is that the hair dryer is noisy and does not produce negative ions.
