Every time I come to Ningbo, I stay here. I'm a regular now. All the room facilities are meticulously maintained and spotless, absolutely no complaints. The breakfast offers a good variety and tastes great. Plus, every room type here has a unique layout, so it's not repetitive at all. It's comfortable and hassle-free to stay, I'll definitely be back!

This trip, I stumbled upon a hidden gem of a smart hotel that completely changed my perception of accommodation! As an introvert and a lazy person, I'm absolutely thrilled 😭. ✅ Contactless facial recognition check-in means no waiting in line at the front desk. Just a face scan and you're in your room in seconds, giving you a complete sense of security. The whole-house voice control is amazing! Lying in bed, I just say ”Xiao Du,” and the lights, curtains, air conditioning, and TV are all controlled with a single command. Before bed, I say ”sleep mode” and the lights automatically turn off and the curtains close. In the morning, the ”wake-up mode” slowly opens the French windows, and I'm cured by the sunlight. 🤖 Robots deliver food and amenities, so you don't have to interact with anyone at all. This is truly the ultimate hotel for introverts!

1. The room layout is thoughtfully designed: Although the room size is a bit small, the overall layout is neat, minimalistic, and benefits from excellent natural light. The laundry room and gym are separate. The breakfast seating and food display areas are well-planned and centralized, making them very organized. 2. Attention needed for breakfast food placement: During summer, mosquito control could be improved, especially around the watermelon display, where management seems a bit overwhelmed during peak hours. 3. The location is excellent: It's very close to a shopping mall, yet the surrounding environment remains quiet and peaceful.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's decor is simple yet grand, and the most unique feature is that each floor is themed after a season (spring, summer, autumn, winter), with different color schemes and decorations. All the facilities are well-maintained, nothing looks old or worn out. The bedding quality is also excellent, and most importantly, the price is affordable. It's really great value for money and worth coming back to!

This hotel is located in Ningbo's Southern Business District, an area with a thriving commercial scene. They even upgraded me to a deluxe king room during a typhoon, and the view was fantastic. The front desk staff were very welcoming and responsive. I booked a package through Ctrip that included breakfast, and it was plentiful. There are also quite a few trendy coffee shops nearby to check out, and Yinzhou Park is close by too. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Although I was initially a bit disappointed that there was no ping pong or billiards, the staff handled it very promptly, and they even gave me a small gift when I left. Issues happen, but they were dealt with quickly and with genuine sincerity, which more than made up for it. Truly a five-star hotel experience.

The hotel is easy to find, and the front desk staff are warm, thoughtful, and meticulous. The floor staff also provide attentive service. It's close to the ancient street, and there are shared electric scooters right outside the hotel, making transportation convenient. The underground parking is ample. Breakfast is just average, and the room size is a bit small. It's suitable for self-driving travelers.

The hotel thoughtfully provided a welcome gift for the kids, which they loved. Free parking was super convenient, and the breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious. We were very satisfied! The traffic is very convenient, the entrance is the subway entrance, and there is a large shopping mall opposite the Happy Coast to eat and go shopping. The hotel is also in the business and residential building of the Happy Coast, ground parking, can not stop the underground parking lot. The room facilities are average, the hotel quilt is still winter quilt, very thick, the weather in July, covered with thick quilts. Consult the front desk and say that the air conditioner is lowered. Speaking of air conditioning, it will automatically turn off in the middle of the night. I don't know why. I woke up in the middle of the night and reopened. Hotel service is very good, contacted and responded quickly.

It's right in the heart of Yinzhou, with everything you could want for food, drinks, and entertainment just steps away. Taking a taxi to attractions costs barely anything, which is a lifesaver for lazy travelers like me! The minimalist wooden design is stylish and sophisticated, and the bedding is just the right firmness (a huge win for someone who struggles to sleep in new places). I slept like a baby until I naturally woke up. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic natural light, making every photo look like it's from a magazine. The front desk staff are all super friendly and always happy to help. Plus, there's even a robot that delivers your takeout right to your door, which really adds a sense of security.
