The location is quite good, near the Mixc, convenient for eating and shopping The room is relatively large and clean. We booked a twin bed, and seeing that we brought children, they upgraded us to a family room, which was very considerate. The entire staff was incredibly warm and helpful; they proactively offered tips for the Bund night tour and even gave us some snacks for the kids, which was a lovely touch. Their service was gentle and discreet. We had a comfortable stay with all the facilities we needed, and the convenient location saved us a lot of travel hassle. The location is excellent and easy to find. Raffles City shopping mall is right next door, and the subway entrance is less than 30 meters away, making getting around incredibly convenient – Gulou is just one stop away. The night views are also beautiful, and it's very quiet.
